Placed an order for contactless delivery. We chose this option because we were traveling back home and were trying to time delivery for the same time we would arrive. But didn't want to not be there and then have driver waiting for us. So this option was perfect for that.We ended up getting there a few minutes before the driver. He still did the contactless delivery. However, we were missing part of our order. We tried calling the local phone number. It forwarded us to a automated number with prompts. That took us to a call center. Then we were transferred to the local Pizza Hut, where we were on hold for 20 minutes before finally giving up.

Ordered large pizza at 530 pm. Said 30 to 40 mins to delivery, well 625 pm no pizza. Called many times no answer, finally got a person said pizza out for deliver. Waited 15 mins I only live maybe 4 mins away. I finally went to store with locked doors,go to drive-thru. I wanted order cancelled, its now 700 pm and get call they are at my house. No thanks never again.

Delivered with DOORDASH. There are not Pizza Hut drivers. My house is 8 minutes from the location and it took the driver 30 minutes. Driver took pizza out of a flimsy and thin delivery bag (not a thick bag like pizza delivery drivers use) and the pizza was barely warm. I would have ordered carry out if I had know this would be the scenario.

Ordered delivery from Pizza Hut directly, they sub contract with Door Dash for delivery. It said an hour which is more than fine on a Saturday evening. Two hours later we called to check on our order and kept getting sent to a call center where nobody helps you. Checked with door dash and they said the order was cancelled and there was nothing they could do since we didn't order through them. About 20 calls later to the Grand Chute location and an infinite cycle of listening to recordings while on hold with the call center, no pizza, no refund. Ridiculous.

Ordered three pizzas and a double order of breadsticks. Pizza was barely warm and only got a single order of the breadsticks. I called store to complain and i was told that i would get the cost of the breadsticks refunded. Eight days later still have not seen the koney back.
