Ordered a tuna melt, got a tuna salad sandwich, sent it back, no attitude, they made it right the 2nd time and it was delicious, also they took off the bill the coffee and onion rings, without being asked for compensation. Great bread, always amazing!
Had a large group (10+). Got flack for wanting to all sit together. They refused to put another table together. Sent a food item back as it wasn't cooked right, waitress walks away muttering unsavory comments as she's leaving. Too bad people in the group heard them. Servers with poor attitudes=smaller tips from us, sorry. The other waitress (our group had 2) was amazing, which is the ONLY reason I rated at 3 stars. I mean seriously, over medium eggs (as ordered) come out over hard... afraid to send them back because of the nasty attitude of our waitress. Was NOT a pleasant experience dining there.
