The food was very delicious and well timed, especially the Grilled Cheese Cheeseburger. The server was very talkative, but in a good way. She certainly knew how to start a conversation. The only thing was that the table was sticky top and bottom, but it did not effect our experience today.

What a hot mess since combining restaurants. I ordered the fiesta lime chicken. When I cut into it, it was pink. Had waitress send it back, no apology. Got a new one and she set it in front of me and left. The wait staff seemed overwhelmed and atmosphere felt chaotic. Every once in a while we could hear someone in the kitchen make whooping sounds or something. Very different from when it was just Applebee's.

My Ribs taste old and we didn't have a good dining experience at all. Asked about the new Football related that they had going and I couldn't get an answer. Waitress basically ignored us the whole visit. When we paid our bill,we didn't receive our 54 cents change with the rest of our change. This only caused the Waitress to receive less of a tip than She was already getting! Definitely will not go back!! These are the reasons that Applebee's sales and repeat business are declining!!

The half off apps seemed like you got half the food also. The wonton tacos barely had any coleslaw and like half the chicken. The boneless wings weren't hot or sauced right. The server was very nice and prompt though.
Always a favorite stop but couldn't believe how dirty it was. Stuff laying on the floor/un vacuumed, tables sticky. They had just opened when we went so wasn't because of being busy during the day. Was left dirty from closing crew

Worst dining experience to date. We were seated & our order was taken right away. After about 10 minutes we still hadn’t received drinks, but noticed two servers who were going in & out of restroom together giggling - we suspect drugs were involved. Another server did a drop & run with our appetizer & 8 minutes later we asked our server if we would be getting our drinks; she said the soda machine was broken & was just fixed so she would be getting them now; I explained everyone else got their drinks, so she lied. We asked of we could just have our food to go. Another 5 minutes went by & the manager said they would discount our food for the inconvenience, but it gets better she comes back out after we’ve now ordered almost 30 minutes ago to let us know they ran out of ribs.. how did you not know you were out of the food we ordered before 30 minutes goes by?! Poor quality staff, poor management. All around a concerning experience. Would not recommend!!

Downgraded atmosphere because of outside decor. If I didn't know better, it almost looked closed with grasses overgrown, etc. I would imagine some patrons may pull in, then leave. It would be their loss though. Food quality was excellent.
