Downgraded atmosphere because of outside decor. If I didn't know better, it almost looked closed with grasses overgrown, etc. I would imagine some patrons may pull in, then leave. It would be their loss though. Food quality was excellent.

7/16 once again came to the East side after a late show and everyone was super friendly and welcoming , Lexas made an amazing perfect margarita! WonTon tacos are freaking the besttt! Stopped in Sunday 3/30 after 9pm and had an amazing friendly bartender named Thomas. He made some great drinks! The apps were so good we had to reorder 2nds! Just like Krolls, the East Side is the Best side. Unless we are talking rap battles, then the west coast wins!

Ordered the new Chicken Parmigiana Fettuccine, it’s a decent twist on an old dish! Very filling! Great service, air conditioning, cold beverages.

We stopped here for lunch after taking in Wildlife Reserves in the area. We ordered a Very Good Chicken Alfredo dinner! Tender chicken with alfredo sauce that had good flavor to it. Way too often it is bland, but not here. Pleasant atmosphere, good waiter. I will definitely return.

I first asked about something I saw on tv I wanted to make sure and my server said yes they still have it but was very rude about it… btw the way it wasn’t on the menu at all.. then I asked for a Mello yellow or mtn dew whatever they had… she ended up dropping off some blue drink I still don’t know what that was??
My food took over 45 minutes to get to me… I ordered just a chicken sandwich and fries.. was cold by the time I got it… very poor

Wait staff are thieves . Spoke with Randy he clearly doesn’t care. Rush me off the phone and told me to call back in an hour to speak with TJ the GM who was supposed to call me back two months ago. Over 10k people see my reviews monthly according to google so if 2 see my review and go elsewhere I’ll be happy hopefully you’ll lose business for stealing a tip FYI IT WAS A GUY WHO DID IT HE CLAIMED TO BE A MANAGER LAST TIME I CALLED. If he stealing Tips I can only imagine what else he’s stolen
I placed a pick up order on 10/30/24 for 5 to go drinks and since it was pick up i did not tip. Then the next day my bank told me the transaction changed because a tip was added. Everytime I call to report the theft I keep getting you need to call back then I call back and I’m told someone will call you back. Here we are on 2/10/2025 and i do not have my money returned to me nor has anyone called me back. I just called and spoke with Randy and he just dismissed me saying i need to call back in an hour. I am filing a police report for theft since they are refusing to help me!

Server was very friendly, but overall service was pretty slow, especially at the end of the meal (and the restaurant was pretty much empty by that point, late afternoon). The food was fine, not spectacular, but not terrible.

Very disappointed with our last two take out dinners from this location. Ordered the Oriental Chicken Salad both times. The first time the chicken was so over salted it was inedible, and I love salty food, but this like I said was inedible. We thought maybe we just didn't have a great cook that day. We ordered the same thing again today and our "salad" consisted of 10 little pieces of chopped 1x1 inch pieces of lettuce. I also had rotten red cabbage in my salad that was quite obvious. The health inspector should really be called on this site. The number for parking lot pickup is out of service and we struggled to get our order in a timely manner. I called and asked the manager for a refund for the salad. They could not refund our card and we had to drive back to get a cash refund, a huge inconvenience. I walked in tonight on a Wednesday to get my refund, no problem. The place was dead with maybe three tables full. This site has really gone downhill since Covid and prices are inflated for what you actually get. We won't be ordering or returning again.
