At one time my wife really enjoyed going to Applebee's (food and service was great). Since moving to the Appleton WI are we have eaten at Applebee's twice. The previous time was the one in Neenah, WI. The meal and service were terrible. I swore I would never eat there again. This past weekend we saw the "All you can Eat" Special and decided to try again. We arrived at 4:50 PM and was told they only had one server until 5:00 PM (no biggy). I ordered the Riblets and Shrimp. My wife mentioned that the meal came with Cole Slaw. The service gave us an odd look and ran back to the kitchen. When he returned, I asked about my Cole Slaw. Another trip to the kitchen. The shrimp came on a round plate looking about 50% filled. Very poor presentation. The breading made up most of the shrimp bites. Too much breading. The riblets appeared to be dipped in the honey BQ sauce. I felt they were hiding the meat by the extreme amount of sauce. The meal looked like left over from the night before. They wait staff didn't offer wet naps with the BQ riblets. I am usually very reasonable and always tip 20%...which I did. I thought Applebee's was a great chain restaurant once, but now looking like another chain going out of business.

My wife is currently disabled. I was told by management she wouldn’t be able to be served if she cannot walk up stairs. Management was Breanna D.

Currently disabled and they would not serve me because I could not walk up stairs. The first floor was completely empty. This whole experience was traumatic and I can not imagine how many others they do this to!

Applebee's is still a great service, Great atmosphere location. I feel their food has maybe slipped in the years but still worth a stop for a quick meal. Great bar location as well. This location was great but I hope corporate considers fixing some of the dishes that used to be a lot better in the past.

THE BARTENDER had more service than the lazy so called waitress. We had to get our own drinks from the bar, I had to get my own boxes, had to get my own bill. Someone else brought our food. STOP LETTING YOUR EMPLOYEES GET HIGH AT WORK. This was the WORST dine in experience I've ever had. I will never be coming back to Applebees. This location is probably not far behind closing just like the appleton location.

Waitress who couldn’t do their job. Was basically standing in the back the entire time. Was overcharged for drinks and apps during happy hour and the manager did absolutely nothing about it. Drinks were also made wrong and needed to be sent back Multiple times. No wonder they are all closing.

Service was very good. Server Chris was excellent! Oriental chicken salad good! Tortilla soup good but a very small portion for a bowl. Restaurant was cool. Needed a long sleeve on.
I stood for 10 minutes to be seated and there was no one at the door.

The food was terrible. The sauce was spilled everywhere in the bag. The macaroni was flavorless! Got shorted on the ribs, tasted like chalk with bbq sauce. I’m so disappointed!
