Ordered a chicken sandwich. It was the thinest piece of chicken i have ever been provided by a fast food restaurant. This means the only part of the sandwich that was in fact hot was less than half of the sandwich.

Last few times they made my sandwich right BUT barely anything else in order for 2-5 people. :( I mean I understand that places are sorely short staffed so "it's whatever" I guess. To be honest, if they didn't have a cool guy there working in the window, my review would probably be a lot more salty lol. But id like to get my money's worth AT LEAST 50% of the time, ya now? Lol

Staff appeared very rude like I was waisting their time and lying to them when I told them they got my wrap wrong when I ordered a club and they gave me a buffalo one instead. Was not happy from the service I received

It was a rough week, so I wanted to get an orange cream shake before it was taken off the menu. But it was out of stock, so I just got a large curly fry. I pull up to the window and the gentleman tells me it's on the house as it's almost time to close and they'll get tossed anyways. That seriously made my day, and to the guy that was helping me thank you. It's small acts like that that bring people back!

Went to the drive thru, worker was very attentive when taking order & repeated it back to make sure it was right. Didn't have to wait long. All was good, I got the French Dip w/extra meat & it was great.

Ordered food online through Arby's' website. Changed the order time from "ASAP" to 8:00 which was 16 minutes away and I had a 12 minute drive. Paid for the order and it was confirmed for 7:51. Not OK. So my food was sitting there when I arrived and no employees in sight, no other customers either. When I opened my au jus for my French dip sub, it had a long curly hair in it. Disgusting! I see why there were no other customers on a Saturday evening!
