Had the food ready almost as soon as we made our drinks and found a seat. Food was hot and fresh and had great customer service. Great job!

I could say soo much about Arby’s right now but I won’t all I will say is that they are unprofessional, inconsiderate, discriminatory, disrespectful, rude, and treat their employees terribly. Not everyone that works for them is horrible but there’s so much the world doesnt know but they will soon because unfortunately they discriminated and were very hostile and messed over the wrong person who won’t just keep their mouths shut! Be careful and make sure they are wearing their gloves dont want to get sick! And changing their dates this issue happens at a lot of them including the one on Monroe/GV- so crazy how they can let drugs run through that place and shift managers taking money from the safe and GMs sexually harassing others and nothing gets done well this time it will be known all of it will be…sorry to those good workers that are there it’s not towards you!

Ordered a chicken sandwich. It was the thinest piece of chicken i have ever been provided by a fast food restaurant. This means the only part of the sandwich that was in fact hot was less than half of the sandwich.

Last few times they made my sandwich right BUT barely anything else in order for 2-5 people. :( I mean I understand that places are sorely short staffed so "it's whatever" I guess. To be honest, if they didn't have a cool guy there working in the window, my review would probably be a lot more salty lol.
But id like to get my money's worth AT LEAST 50% of the time, ya now? Lol

Staff appeared very rude like I was waisting their time and lying to them when I told them they got my wrap wrong when I ordered a club and they gave me a buffalo one instead. Was not happy from the service I received

It was a rough week, so I wanted to get an orange cream shake before it was taken off the menu. But it was out of stock, so I just got a large curly fry. I pull up to the window and the gentleman tells me it's on the house as it's almost time to close and they'll get tossed anyways. That seriously made my day, and to the guy that was helping me thank you. It's small acts like that that bring people back!
