It was my first time at a restaurant since my friend gave me a $10 card and I went through the drive-thru. I ordered a Big Cheesy BCN Meal with Curly's Fry and they gave me my entire order wrong and they weren't friendly at all. I honestly don't recommend it.

I love Arby's but this was sad. Chicken sandwich was very thin and small (less than a Hot-in-now) sandwich? That's not the only bad thing. The pita bread for the gyro was so dry, like carpet. Wow, I hope this was a one off.

They gave me the wrong order in my bag, got back to work and it's someone elses. Called the number listed to see how to resolve, no one answers...no I can't just leave work and go back and resolve YOUR mistake on MY time! Nor do I want to go back after work, after no lunch, to resolve YOUR mistake on MY time! Terrible (no) issue resolution process for drive thru customers. NOTE: DID ALL AS REQUESTED AND STILL NOTHING BACK FROM THE STORE OR MANAGEMENT. TOOK MY WRONG 4 HOUR OLD SANDWICH BACK AND GOT THE CORRECT ONE, NO EFFORT MADE TO MAKE UP FOR ALL MY TIME AND INCONVENIENCE. NOT EVEN A COUPON FOR A NEXT VISIT. 🤦♂️

I waited over 10 minutes just to get waited on in the store absolutely no excuse for that. Management clearly has no idea what they’re doing, not even enough people to wait on the people in the store.

Got 2 things (1 drink, 1 classic roast beef) that’s all and they still messed it up, I got home after a 25 minute drive and saw they gave me the wrong sandwich, it was a newer option I would never order and was disgusting, how hard is it to get one food option correct. And I’m not driving 25 minutes back to correct it so no lunch for me I guess thx.
