The food is very good but 2 out of the last 6 visits to the drive thru we did not receive the French fries we ordered. By the time we get home and discover the error it is not worth the effort to return and claim our fries. It's not so much the cost of not getting our fries but the fact that we did not get the meal we were expecting. Be aware and be sure to ask if your sides are in the bag.

Went through drive through, waited 30 sec. for a computer to tell me someone will take my order shortly, someone else pulled up in the adjacent lane and was served immediately, I was served afterwards. The vehicle in front of me received food quickly, I had to wait over three minutes for my food.while 5 people were ambling around inside grabbing and making poor jokes. I didn't feel safe about my food because of the comments that were made so I left without my food

Went through drive thru to order the 4 for $10 Classic Arby Sandwiches and asked to add diced jalapeños to 2 of them. The woman taking the order said “Why do you have to make things so difficult”?
This is how you train your employees to have customer service? Their is a reason you can’t hire anyone here and keep them because their is NO MANAGEMENT that knows what their doing here. This place is a mess and needs addressing asap! Poor quality service here. Don’t recommend this place at all!

Have been here 3 times now. It was not busy each time. 1 table in dining and 1 in drive thru. They messed up our order every single time. Missing SEVERAL food items(usually half the order) AND given the wrong items every time. The correct name is on the bag with the receipt with the order itemized. The people are nice but not playing attention and messing up orders. This has us frustrated and disappointed. Retraining needs to happen at this location. I used to work at Arby's a few years ago as a trainer, so I know how the process goes. I get clock times are important but that's not as important as getting the order correct. I don't know if they are clicking the order away before it's done and trying to remember everything, or if they just aren't reading it fully, but it's effecting customers badly and often. I am not the only one this keeps happening too.

Management, please come work with this team and help them improve. They food tastes good most of the time and they are nice, but the way they are processing orders is not efficient or effective. I know they can do better.

I ordered today for lunch but they had trouble understanding what I ordered and who I was because I had ordered from the app but still I should not have had both the employee and supervisor ask me the same thing twice before they figured out that I had ordered from the app. They couldn’t even understand me in the intercom and this needs to be fixed.
