Aunt Annie’s, you are losing a lot of money with your current staff!I have visited this location twice this week to get my son a pretzel. Once was around 3pm and the cashier told me they didn’t have any of the items I wanted prepared so I had to pick from what was there. Which was only two different items.The second time I came in was this evening around 5pm and I asked for one of the 3 pretzels that was prepared and the cashier said “that’s sold”. I won’t be going back to support your business until I see some new faces there that are actually willing to do some work.

Usually auntie annes staff is friendly and welcoming, Today, March 16th 2024 around 1:00Staff was rude and unwelcoming, Specially the check out lady. Super rude, super unfriendly, Made me feel like an inconvenience to be buying from them.

Amazing food as always, service today-terrible. Worker had an attitude, felt as though we were a bother for ordering, was so quick to get back to not assisting us, she forgot our drink. Then appeared even more annoyed when I had to ask for the drink. Extremely unpleasant.

They NEVER have enough product. You wait in line forever without even so much as a hello, from the teenage staff who could seem to care less about working there. 3 times now ive come and waited in line for 15 mins only to be told id need to wait another 15 to get the 1 product i want. Need to be trained on keeping up with orders and not having to make people sit and wait 30 mins for a pretzel. This isnt six flags.

The slurries literally slap harder then my dad has ever slapped me. The flavors dissolve into me and recharge my soul. Holy great balls of fire… and yeah they got pretzels here too I guess. 10/10

I can't remember which co-worker recommended Auntie Anne's to me, but I finally got to try them out and I'm more than amazed with their pretzel bites. I was originally unsure if they had dips or not, but when I saw they had Hot Salsa Cheese it gave me the incentive.The pretzel bites had a pleasantly soft texture to them and were hot and fresh. I can tell they were recently cooked given that it had that melt in your mouth feel. The cheese sauce isn't too spicy for me but definitely had the flavor I was looking for. Simply put, it made a great quick snack.

I love auntie Anne's and need to drive about 40 minutes one way to eat there. I used to go alot but last 5 times I went I'm always getting burnt pretzels. I hate burnt food. So I quit going.
They need to retrain their employees who work there. Horrible customer service, while one was working making the pretzels the other 3/4 teenage girls standing around. Cashier didn’t greet just stared at us. Once ordered and paid, just more starring as she handed it to us, awkward.

The whole crew is on point with them pretzels ??? idk why they’re so many negative comments.. if you going to approach a business with a rude behavior best believe you going to get someone that’s going to match your energy. No one gets paid enough to be treated rudely at any job.
