When all your signage said your supposed to be open, you shouldn't have your lobby locked. When i worked fast food anyone doing that would be fired for that. You can't just close the dining room two hours early cause you feel like it

I'm a regular customer at this store and I came in and found the store to be dirty and nasty. I even heard some of the employees talking about the mice problem. I reluctantly ordered some fish. I asked John for some condiments. I tasted the food and it wasn't any good. It had a funny taste to it was dark in color. When John brought my condiments and told him I wasn't satisfied with my food he became very rude. Something needs to be done about him and get that place cleaned up.

If possible, I would give this particular store a 0 star rating. Store was dirty. Manager was incredibly rude. Fries were cold and soggy. I’m not quite sure how to describe the chicken… tasted odd and had an almost dark poop color to it. It certainly wasn’t normal looking golden brown color.

Girl behind counter was very good. She acknowledged me as soon as I walked in, as she was busy, told me she would be right with me. She was competent, friendly and helpful. Jesse was very helpful in a time of crisis. The VERY flimsy cups that your rootbeer floats are served in collapsed and spilled on my hand at the drive thru. He graciously appologised, although it was not his fault, and offered me a new one. Jesse is an awsome employee, an asset to your company. Thank You! from a satisfied customer Jeff Kaster
