Stuff missing from order.Terrible service and waited like 20 minutes for nothing

I realized I was missing my burger within a few minutes of driving away, and when I came back and spoke to the person at the drive thru about not receiving it they were extremely rude. They first told me that I didn’t order a burger even though it was clearly on my receipt. Once they realized I was correct, they didn’t apologize and they continued to tell me that they did pack my burger even though it wasn’t in my bag. How are you going to first tell me I didn’t even order a burger, and then proceed to tell me you did pack it if you didn’t even remember that I ordered one? There was a car in front of me and behind me, a mistake could’ve easily happened where my burger was packed in a different bag. It wasn’t going to be a big deal until the lady accused me of leaving, eating my burger and returning just to get a free one. She continued to say she packed it over and over and refused to accept a mistake could’ve been made. I have never been spoken to like this and constantly accused of lying. Then at the end I was told to “have the day I deserve” after only speaking up to defend myself for being accused of being a liar. It was disgusting. Will not be returning to this A&W ever again and it’s unfortunate because I’ve been coming here for years.

Amazing food , service , and atmosphere! Autumn the general manger and her super friendly and efficient team provide an excellent experience . I would highly recommend stopping by and trying their delicious chicken sandwich or a quick sweet treat , like a polar swirl or their all time classic root beer float

I had a minor issue with the online ordering app, and when I called to investigate they were incredibly quick to fix it. It was a very personalized experience, with the person even calling me back when it was resolved. When I arrived to pick up my order, the fries were piping hot and the root beer float cold with no signs of melting.
