The google listing has this marked as handicapped accessible but it is not. This is on the 2nd floor. There is a full flight of stairs (over 15) there is no elevator. If you have mobility limitations or are a wheel chair user do not waste your time coming to this location. Google also does not have any way to report a location as not handicap accessible as a correction.

The ice cream cookie cake tasted great BUT I found a hair in 3 different slices embedded in the ice cream. I’d recommend a hairnet next time lol.
After #titletown visit... we stopped at #she'll THEN noticed y'all within/upstairs. Had NOT planned on ice cream treat yet pleased WE DID! YUM

Ice cream was obviously good. Not too expensive. Staff gave us what we ordered. My issue with our experience is this - when we walked in the staff not once smiled at us, not once said hello or anything. They blank face starred at us and looked borderline annoyed that we had come to the store. The entire interaction with the staff was super awkward.

I just ordered a gender reveal cake from there and they ruined my surprise for me. Firstly they did not charge me correctly so I would have had to pay extra for my cake. When they called me to verify I still wanted it, they told me the color frosting they were using for the gender reveal part and did not verify if I was the mother who did not want to know the gender. The owner themselves called and told me what my child is going to be. I am very disappointed and so upset that my surprise was ruined like this. They only offered a cancelation of my cake instead of offering a discount for ruining this special moment over the phone. Do not order a gender reveal cake from here. And they should know better than to just say what it is.
