Bought a ham and cheese sandwich. Before I took a bite I wanted to reposition the ham and cheese on the bun. When I opened the sandwich. A quater of it was missing. It looked like it was chewed off by a small animal. Will not be purchasing from this company.

I was flying to NC on June 15th, was charged $5 on my credit card, but received no product. I immediately called them and left a complaint. 6 werjsxsndvno call back, will file with airport..msybe if enough complain they will kick these jokers out!.

I’ve had a refund slip in since 3/6 called and left several voicemails to have my money refunded to me and still heard nothing. And now the box has 5 slips waiting for refunds cause the machines each your money and don’t give you any snacks or soda! Awful company

We have them service our vending machines at work. They have pretty good food, but the account managers and stockers are the worst. We've been telling them for over a year that we want salads and healthier options, and they bring them for a week, and we use them all, and then two weeks later they are bringing in all burgers and mac and cheese. I swear they either have the worst memories, or they really don't care! And there's no alternative!

If you want a machine that only works part of the time go with BE's over the last year the credit card reader might work a week out of the whole month. Also when you pay using cash and it gives you the dollar coins as change. Shocker they are either eaten by the machine or they don't register in the machine. Highly recommend using a different company and avoid all the headaches and pissed off workers.
One of the machines at the NWTC campus in Green Bay often has issues accepting payment, where I will try to swipe, tap, and insert my card and nothing seems to register with the machine. Today it had that same issue, so I gave up. About 15 minutes later I got a notification from my bank that it did in fact charge my card $2.90, but the machine never dispensed the food.
