Wow! Black and Tan is back and just as fantastic as ever! Atmosphere…music…service!From the moment we walked in with Victoria greeting us, the bartender making great before dinner drinks, Amanda our waitress was fantastic and attentive. Kendra, the chef was wonderful and making sure our experience was A+The food was superb!We will definitely be back. Five stars!

The food was fantastic! The Pork Belly Bao Buns were off the charts. All the steaks were cooked to perfection, pork chop was huge and the stuffed shrimp and pasta was very tasty. We celebrated a birthday so we got to share the chocolate cake and the carrot cake which were really good. The executive chef brought out her special hibiscus lemon ice cream which was a huge hit with everyone at the table. We are definitely coming back!

Visited black and tan for my Besties 40th. The food was incredible, we had the bone marrow, black and tan, filet mignon, shrimp and scallops, ribeye and the veal. The bartender was amazing, Jessica was our server and she was great. The chef went above and beyond with introductions and probably the best ice cream I’ve ever ate. Highly recommend!!!

We had their signature Black & Tan 8oz sirloin steak… is your mouth watering yet? Amazing food, amazing drinks, amazing service & staff! Couldn’t recommend a better place for a quality meal. Word on the street… there’s a new executive chef. Check it out!

I learned Black and Tan recently underwent new ownership or management and even moved into a new space. I can’t speak to its former self, but this place is great! From the knowledgeable servers to the incredible executive chef who greeted my group at the table both times I’ve been here, the experience was impressive. The food is excellent and the chef took time to ask opinions, answer questions, and offer insight into her delicious creations. Spot on!

Right as we walked in, the service was excellent. Both chefs talked to us personally, and the bartender and hosts were so welcoming and friendly! The food was phenomenal. I got the Black and Tan. The steak was so tender and flavorful. My boyfriend got the salmon with mango salsa which was very flavorful and fresh. This was our first time, and we can’t wait to return! Exceptional service and WONDERFUL food and craft beverages! We can’t believe we’ve never been here before! Perfect date night spot !

I must say I had the Best dining experience tonight. From the amazing mango salad dressing, delicious ribeye cooked to perfection, homemade ice cream with fresh strawberries brought out by the chef(very nice surprise!), to the best chocolate cake I can remember having. Also great service!I honestly don’t have one bad thing to say about my visit and look forward to my next meal at Black and Tan. I am not one to post online however I really felt they deserved recognition for the great food, service and drinks. ?

Wow!! Seriously the best food and experience I've had in Green Bay. The staff was extremely friendly and the food was crafted with subtle flavors that complimented each bite. I was lucky to try an assortment of dishes and had to say anything seafood is top notch!! Jessica was our waitress and just so nice and friendly, catering to us for any need/want.I'd have to say, the best part was the head chef, Kendra, came out at the end of the meal to speak with us personally about our meal. She offered a free dessert, and even though we were full beyond comfort, we accepted and it blew us away!! The flavors were VERY advanced and I can tell she is very knowledgeable in the culinary world.We will absolutely be back and recommend to others!!!

One of the best dinner experiences in Green Bay. The food was all delicious (our group ordered a variety of soups, salads, appetizers and main dishes). The crab cakes with mango salsa were recommended by our waitress, Jessica, and were very unique and tasty. The Black&Tan Steak was our personal favorite for main course, but also enjoyed the lemon shrimp and amaretto chicken. The highlight of the entire meal was the chef coming out, talking to us about our meal and also providing us with a taste test of a dessert she has been working on (if the Thailand dessert makes its way to the menu, would HIGHLY suggest giving it a try). The entire staff was extremely welcoming, and they back up that unmatched service with a fantastic menu. A must try!

My wife and I called and made a reservation for 6:45 at 7:20 I went to the stand and asked what was going on I was informed that they were short staffed. The problem here is they knew when I called they had short staff for the night so why not tell us it is going to be 7:30 in the first place. But it gets better lady comes around because now I have complained and we were sat at the table she asks every table but our table how everyone is doing trying to delay the process even longer. So I ask can we please order she gets flustered and says yes. From this point forward we felt like a burden on the restaurant the food was good but feeling like a issue to the restaurant the entire time did not make for a good experience. Maybe if they could keep a reservation time we would be back. The blackened tuna was excellent and the steak was cooked well but had a funky taste to it. Almost like the natural gas that was used to cook the steak. The ribeye was also very tough in some parts. Just very disappointed about how they handled the entire situation to start. We may try this again. I do feel bad I don't typically turn food back in but had to here.

What a great experience!! From the amazing cocktails to the dessert, everything was so good! Jessica was our server and she did an amazing job. She made sure we were taken care of from the moment we were seated. Our table ordered the crab cakes and the Black and Tan fillet which did not disappoint. We finished the night with the cheesecake. Everything was so flavorful and delicious. We will definitely be back!!

Wanted Cassidy as our server, but she recommended Jessica, as she was off. Great choice!! Had the executive chef come to our table when an item needed to be changed, great personality, and excellent food. Would definitely highly recommend!! We will be back again, if they let us. Thank you all!!
