Called about 10 times to place an order no one answered! My only option is thru door dash which is priced higher and you can’t make any changes. I was ok paying more money because you don’t want to answer during LUNCH! But I needed to make a change on the item I wanted! Bummer.

We had a meeting there last week and the food was delicious. Cajun chicken sandwich was excellent. The staff was very friendly and accommodating for our group!! Highly recommend!!!

The Black Saddle catered our private event of about 70 people. The food and service were amazing. The chili was phenominal. It was the perfect space for hosting an event. I definitely will be back.

you guys need to let customers know about your $75 hold BEFORE they order drinks. like put up a big sign or have your bouncers tell people on the way in!!! you are tricking people by only having it on the receipt AFTER the card is swiped. absolutely ridiculous, i will never be back. EDIT: i see your response, why the hell are you checking peoples accounts? this is the only bar that i have ever seen do this. and again you need to be telling people about that BEFORE they hand over a card. what a horrible way to run a business.

If you pay for your tab with your card just know they will charge you 75 fkn dollars even though your drinks only cost 12 dollars! If you’re going to be charging people triple what they ordered at least have the damn decency to let people know before you charge us.! Will def not be going back and if I do get dragged to this dumb again I’ll be paying with cash!

Don’t wear basketball shorts after 8.

1st time at the place. The bouncer was very rude. I walked in with a plain blue tank top on and was told there was a dress code. He said next time don't wear it. Looked around and there where many people with tank tops. A few minutes later a guy walked in with a basketball jersey on. The bouncer said nothing to him and just let him walk in. Seems like I was singled out. Probably never go there again.
