We have been here in the past and have stayed away because of bad service! Tonight we w anted diner food and decided to give them one more chance. We were greeted by Jen our server immediately after sitting down. she renewed my faith in this place. Helpful, pleasant and quick only begins to describe our service. Jenn explained she has been there for 10 years and loves her customers and it shows. I had a craving for fries and gravy and my husband had chilli fries. Both were crispy and delicious. Bravo on getting us back with delicious diner food and excellent service!

The food is fantastic, I had the hash brown sandwich and it was so filling I couldn’t finish all of it. Portions sizes are amazing for the price. Service was great, our waitress was energetic and positive and had great vibes. Food came out SUPER fast, maybe 5 minutes 10 at most. I loved all the chalkboards around, this is such a cozy place!

This place just keeps getting worse. I was in there tonight and put 20.00 in one of the machines. After doing so the machine froze, so I wasn't able to do anything. JEN was there tonight. It wasn't like it was busy.. Maybe 5 tables and a couple people at the counter. There was also another waitress there. I asked Jen about 4 times if she could just give me my 20.00. She screamed at me that she would but there had to be a sign put on the machine saying out of order.There were two gentleman there that saw and heard everything. There was also some very rude and obnoxious homeless woman there wearing a black shower cap and a black mask. She verbally attacked me then went on to say I better watch out because accidents happen all the time. There was clearly something wrong with her Again Jen said nothingI sat and waited for my money for no less than an hour while Jen did Nothing except to pretend she was busy. This place is clearly is a hang out for the homeless, deranged, alcoholics and druggies and are apparently friends with Jen.

Came here after work and Chilli was very greasy! Also I ordered chilli cheese fries there were soaked with grease. Definitely not ordering those.
Called at 10:50, the guy said hold on one sec. Put me on hold and didn't answer me after calling for another 20 minutes. I went there and waiting 35 minutes to get 5 things of jam, 3 utensil sets. I asked if I could have extra sausage instead of bread and pancakes, she said "yes but meats expensive so it will be a dollar extra" I also asked for 5 eggs and got 2 eggs and maybe 1 cut up sausage link. They charged me $11.50 instead of $7.50. The staff looked like they were tired and in rough shape. I feel bad so I let them keep the money, but that was very annoying. I was very nice and respectful, but I warn you not to waste your time & money there. I wanted to let them know how I felt and that I need my money back, but I figured I already spent over an hour & a half trying to get less then 2 eggs and a 3 inch sausage link that it just wasn't worth it. Don't go there, I hope they will better some day.
