I attempted to purchase your last loaf of Apple Pie bread today at 130 pm , tall skinny girl with horribly ripped jeans gave me several reasons a to why she did NOT feel like adding a little frosting to it and bagging it . Thankfully the other lady working ( shorter with dark short hair ) advised her to put air in the bag so that wouldn’t stick to the top of the bag .. A very simple logical solution, I thought.! She continue to argue about it after that while bagging it up. Then refused to put it in a paper bag for me telling me that I had to Carry the bread out of the store as it is, Without her putting it in a paper bag , I had no choice , she said ! I’ve never had such a rude inconsiderate, plain stupid customer service in my life! I will never come back to the store!

The Breadsmith of Green Bay, both on Holmgren Way and Cardinal Lane, have a very clean store, and a wide selection on their new menu. There are always helpful, friendly faces when you walk in.
Fabulous choices/delicious!
I have had the french bread and this week I was gifted the banana chocolate chip bread! Both were absolutely delicious!!!!
Awesome bread
I recently purchased a doz. variety hard rolls that were way to hard. They were very chewy not soft on inside and hard to chew, No flavor at all . I dont know if they have new people making the breads but these but are not up to par. Or possibly been sitting out to long not sure, but I was very disappointed. It certainly was not like I remember it. They are a bit pricey and I dont mind paying for quality but this time it was a waste of my money. ?
Picked up bread loaves and buns. Low on cookies by the time we got there.
Didn't know how to fill out a gift card. Was in the store for 15 minutes. Train your people!
Good bread. We use the app and get a free loaf from time to time. Our dog like the treats there too.

Love getting our bread from here.
The sweet breads are good, but the sourdough rolls and baguettes are terrible. The texture is nowhere near what it should be. They were spongy on the inside. Should have been hard and crackly on the outside, but it was squishy. Disappointed.
Stopped honoring punch card and wouldn't offer credit for loaves already purchased and of course didn't mention this (even though I had the card on the counter) until after the transaction was complete. This greedy tactic means they've lost a loyal customer. Pretty bummed I'll have to go elsewhere now.
I'm not ever one to usually write negative reviews, but this store is clearly dirty / signs of infestation (droppings or nests). If you can go to Great Harvest instead, you might have less chance of catching hair or droppings in your loaves.
Soooo unhygienic! Crumbs everywhere, signs of rodents. AVOID!
