“Zambaldi Brewery absolutely crushed it for my bachelor party. The space rocked, the atmosphere was perfect for a big group, and having the pizza place next door made the whole night even better. The food and drinks flowed, and everyone kept saying how awesome the setup was.

The highlight of this party was Dave. He is the man!!! He went above and beyond to make sure we had a memorable experience throughout the entire beer/party process. Not only did he take the time to walk me through the brewing process, but he also helped me create a beer inspired by Sunset Wheat. Let me tell you, it rocks. It came out so smooth, refreshing, and full of flavor. Please try my beer (VAN DA GUY BREW) if you ever get the chance. It is so good and I am beyond proud of it.

We had an absolute blast celebrating there. Between the great space, the amazing pizza, and the one-of-a-kind brewing lesson, this bachelor party could not have been better. Dave deserves all the credit. He is an incredible host, an incredible teacher, and an even better person. His passion for craft beer and hospitality shows in every detail.“

“08/29/24. My husband and I are visiting Green Bay for a national rally. Googled restaurants near me and Copper State Brewing Co came up first. Bonus that it was an 10 minute walk. Love the food, love the beer, and loves our server, Stacy. She's was the sweetest person. Treat her well! Thanks for the great time. “The Cuban, Beer Dip Burger, and Cheese Curds were phenomenal! However, or waitress was AWOL most of it visit. Then, we were completely disgusted by the lady worker wrapping utensils at the bar. She sneezed into her hand, then just continued wraping!!! (~7:30pm if you have cameras)“

“Always a favorite. Today, I watched a worker bring her dog to the gardens for the “going out with a bang” celebration. When I tell you I cried…I cried. The staff - so understanding. And their dog had an amazing meal with the people it loved most. My husband and I immediately went home to our dogs. The food and drinks - amazing as always. The community, just beautiful. And to the lady spending her last evening with her beloved dog. My heart goes out to you.“
