Horrible experience at the FDL Ave subway in Fond du Lac. Paid on the app and my order was nowhere to be found. Charged on my cc, showed the Mgr bank acct and subway app saying it was ready. He advised I could pay for another order and he’d look into it. Called Corp couldn’t get anyone to answer the phones. Mgmt needs to be trained! How are they in business???
