The big sized lady with blonde hair and blue nails was extra rude I don’t usually eat burgers, I simply asked what all comes on a cheeseburger because I don’t like onions, and she sighed and basically complained that I didn’t know. I really don’t want to come back just because of her. And what makes me upset is that she’s getting paid to do her job, maybe she shouldn’t be working here.

The worst Burger King ever, and we will never return. A lady was set to order at the front register when we entered, and was told the registers were down. However, the lady still had her order taken. The woman behind the counter turned to my husband and I and we were told that she couldn't take our order because the registers were down. So, we never got to order any food. So, we went down the road and ate at a Dairy Queen in Ashwaubenon. There they were nice, friendly and we received good service. The food was delicious and the restaurant was very clean. We will never go to that Burger King again as it was chaotic, the inside of the restaurant wasn't inviting and we certainly didn't feel welcomed. I gave them 1 star, as I think I had to leave them a rating. My choice would've been zero stars. So be warned.

I haven’t been in Burger King for six or seven months, but I thought I’d. I got the number one whopper, french fries Coke and I got an extra order of onion ring. The burger was fine. The onion rings were soggy, and they tasted moldy, and the french fries were also not crispy. They were soggy. I don’t think I’d return again. The only good thing about this Burger King is the older lady that was at the register was very nice and polite and speedy

Ordered whopper - Add cheese. No onion no tomato. Wait ten minutes - there was 1 car ahead of me. Got order. Pull around. No cheese. Onion and tomato still on sandwich. Back to drive thru, explain issue - wait ten minutes- I am handed a BACON whopper, no cheese, still had onion and tomato. I didn’t pull away this time. Again, explain the issue. Vanilla Ice WannaBe screamed in my face. This was your error, your mistake - I waited over 20 min and STILL don’t have what I ordered. I finally said forget it. Please pull the cameras, he should be fired. Completely inept, slow, rude and unprofessional. Will be taking this up with corporate.

If I can I will post a picture. But this is getting ridiculous. I don't know if this is every Burger King, but I assume so. You've lost our family as a customer regardless. Seems like all these places are getting more and more expensive with cheaper and cheaper food. I spent over $10 on the new BLT Frisco Burger and got something that you probably don't need a detailed explanation of. It's flat, soggy, soggy veggies, 2 strips of bacon flavor chewy rubber not the load it is advertised with... I will try to post a picture. But this has been the regular result for several months now. We honestly rarely patronize any fast food restaurants because we teach our children this kind of food is a special treat, not for regular meals. But the food we order is more expensive than taking our family of 6 out to a sit down fresh foods restaurant, and the food we buy as a special treat is getting more and more generic and honestly just plain pathetic.
