If I could give give zero Stars I would. This place is a damn joke. Always got their lights outside off so it looks like they're closed. Get to the drive-thru 20 minutes before they close and nobody answers. They need to hire new management over here and new employees or just close the damn thing down.

Horrible. Person at the window was extremely rude and when we got to the window they told us to check our food because they are in a rush and can't check. Food was wrong and then they blamed their communication system for not understanding what was said. Will not be back.

3pm Saturday. Garbage on all the tables despite only having people sitting at two of them, garbage on the floors. Bathroom floor was sticky, piss on the toilet seat. I've worked a lot of fast food jobs before, if my boss saw the place looking like that they'd have fired the whole shift. One employee was leaving when we got there, no one thought to ask him to take five minutes and make it look like a health inspector would give em a C grade at least before he left? Don't have to mop the damn floor but maybe take the trays with wrappers off the tables? Y'all need to hire someone who has some standards.
Also they barely put on any mayo on the chicken sandwiches, like is your bonus attached to it or something?

Their lobby is closed in the evenings, and, even though the drive through is only open, all of their parking lot lights are off and so is their sign. This store must not want business at all. Complete joke.

Ordered a pickup meal. Got there at the exact time I ordered for, there was 2 people eating and no one in the drive thru and the workers were fooling around back in the kitchen. I asked for my meal, and the manager asked if the workers had made the meal and they had not, and she just told them they were slacking off. So they started making my meal. Another customer came in and was waiting in line and finally left after 5 mins because no one came up to help him. I got my food and didn't recieve a single apology for everything that happened. The Manager just seemed like she let the workers do whatever they want. Just really irritated that they couldn't give me a single sorry for having to deal with all out it.
