I HIRED THE GREEN BAY CARIBBEAN CRUISER FOR A WORK APPRECIATION LUNCH 7-27-23. AS FAR AS SERVICE, SPEED, TASTE, COMMUNICATION, AND PRICE goes 11 out of 10. Wes the owner is the real deal and I highly recommend him to anyone interested in his services! Keep up the good work Wes!

Amazing food hands down! Love the island shrimp tacos! Protons are amazing for the price. J*** chicken bowls have a lot of food for the price and the j*** sauce best I have had yet! Food comes out pretty quick and the staff is amazing!! I just want you to know that you are my go to during the farmers market! Keep up the great work!! See ya this Wednesday!

Tried them when they visited Badger State Brewing. Ordered the j*** chicken and the j*** flavour was relatively week. Spice intensity was nice though-spicy. Major downfall was the 45 min wait. Not sure the speed of service is reflective of the food truck industry (in general as food trucks are supposed to be quicker than a dine-in experience). It was quite a hot and long wait. I do like they gave you little pager-thing. Food portions were decent. Major area of improvement would be speed. Prices were okay but if you assume a solid price-point to reflect speed of service...than it wasn't.

Had a j*** chicken bowl for lunch. J*** chicken although cooked perfectly literally didn’t have any flavor of j**** Tasted basically like grilled chicken with a very white people level of j*** seasoning and no j*** sauce.Everything else was pretty solid, just needs more j*** in the j*** chicken. A lot more j****
