My sealant and color is coming off of my stamped pool surround patio. This gentlemen came to my house as a "favor" because the prior home owner was a prominent real-estate agent in GB. He had previously worked on our outside (100k+) stamped pool surround. He took one look and told me it must have been a defective product that he applied. He stated he would get back to me after he looked into a possible warranty claim. He then blocked my number and returned no further texts or phone calls. My thoughts are that he sealed it for the prior owner to dress it up for the sale of the home and then didn't want anything to do with the aftermath. This gentleman is not to be trusted.
