Horrible Horrible service. I wanted to get a number 2 and the girl taking the order was clearly having a bad day with a grumpy attitude. I was in a good mood asking exactly what I wanted a medium number 2 which says I want a meal not just sub. She snapped at me not for asking for fries and drink and walks away. I tell her superior I no longer want to eat here because or her attitude and honestly everyone here looked like they were miserable. This is not the kind of environment I would ever consider eating at. I wad pleasant with her until she told me this and any good fast food service should ask of you want a drink and meal with sub. Less than one star service.

Store is closed at 12:30pm on a Sunday.

Went during a busy lunch rush but the staff were very friendly, made my order correctly, and fresh. The staff would cover another station to help each other out. Great teamwork and customer service.

Our experience at this location was horrible. The cashier was extremely rude and had an attitude and argued with my husband about what he ordered. When the menu clearly stated different options for the #1. I've only had the fries there and I was going to order a combo but with how she was I opted out on that and just got some fries. While we were waiting for our food we noticed she was eating ice with her hands out of the ice machine. That is extremely disgusting. Our food was meh. Some of my fries werent done all the way and his sandwich didn't have flavor like in the past. We were highly unsatisfied with our order. Didn't see a manager on duty and if their was they should have stepped in with how she treated us.

They say it’s the number 1 Philly cheesesteak in the world. I don’t know about the world but it is definitely number 1 in Green Bay.

Craving a Philly steak and this spot really hit the spot! Located in the mall for a quick meal everything was delicious and service was great. Got the peppercorn Philly steak and cheese with crispy onions and sauteed onions. She got a kids meal with chicken tenders and fries for a light snack. Everything was staffed well on a Saturday just a little dirty with garbage on the outside but to be expected with busy it was.

Went here Friday around 4, with my husband and sister. Person at register was EXTREMELY rude. She took both my husband and sister’s order, then asked me if I was getting anything. When I said no she got angry, then proceeded to flip me off. She was angry the whole rest of the transaction and I would’ve said we aren’t eating here, but that’s what they wanted to eat. Definitely disappointed and felt that was way too extreme, when they’re in a food court. Most people eat at different places in the mall. I will continue to go to the Fox River Mall and eat there because that Charlie’s is kind and understanding.

I highly recommend Charley's. You get an ample amount of meat. I highly recommend the bacon 3cheese steak sub, and in general, it's worth the extra to get steak over chicken. The fries are good, too, especially when sprinkled with the seasoning they leave open to customers. The owner is also hands on, and I like supporting others that put hats with into their establishment.

I asked to pay park cash park card and it seemed like it was the biggest inconvenience of the millennia. The lady at the counter gave sass and when I tried to give her more change she said , "can you swipe your card already?"
I love the food but the service is unacceptable, her manager was nicer that she was, and joked with me, which was appreciated.
