It was ok. I ordered take out. It was ready a few minutes early. I couldn’t get to your restaurant due to Hinkle st being closed off once again for construction. I figured there must be a back street to get us there. I ended up taking Packerland and coming up Hobart st. Only to find that the parking lot was blocked off right there as well. I drove back down Hobart thinking maybe there’s another street we could take that would come out on the other side of the parking lot. Nope. I ended up having to call Chilis to find out how in the hell to get into the parking lot. I seriously drove around for 20-25 dam minutes trying to get into your parking lot and it was dark so the entrance I was supposed to take wasnt visible at all. By the time I got my food which was already sitting there waiting for a half hour it was cold. And they didn’t get my order correct either. I also had to drive another 20-25 minutes home before I could eat it. By the time I got home everything was soggy and cold. I feel like there could be better directions or a BIG sign out there to let people know how to get in with all that construction going on, especially for those who are out of town and in the dark. It was just an all around bad experience and the order not being correct really topped the cake. I almost called to cancel the order and have them reimburse me instead. Do better.

We really slept on Chili's for a long time, but every time we go there the food is outstanding! Whether you get a burger, barbecue, or fajitas, everything is very good. Some of our favorites are the Nashville hot mozzarella sticks, the Southwest egg rolls, and the barbecue platter.

Can't rate the food as we never made it. Usually love dining here, but tonight the hostess, a person with half-shaved hair on the sides, was extremely rude to her waitresses and to the guests. I understand it was busy, being a Friday night and all, but she yelled at her waitresses. She snapped at them that she was stopping the list and to not bother putting us on. She was loud enough for us to hear even in the busy setting. I feel bad for the coworkers who have to put up with her. The waitress she was yelling at, the one with purple/blue hair, looked so frazzled and stressed. The woman kept yelling at the waitress as more people came in, so my party left. Less than a couple minutes in the restaurant and that's the worst service I've seen there thus far.
Our waitress Stacy didn’t just serve us—she blessed us. It felt like dining with a celestial being who anticipated every need before we even breathed it. Truly galaxy-shattering service!
