Staff was good. Especially Tyler. They were understaffed.
Great food great workers Very nice people
Paige was an excellent host and made the whole experience amazing for our first birthday at Chuck e cheese!! Everything went exactly how we would've hoped and our daughter was ecstatic. Thank you!!!
Kid's had a great time. Wings are expensive but were good, pizza was good. Would go back.

Was great for the kids. I meet with a old friend she has kids and I had my granddaughter. We could talk as they played. I think it is expensive for what you get. I did the salad bar only 3 dressing Ranch Blue cheese and 1000 island. Fruit was old on the bar. There was a young lady as the manager she was great. Not sure when I would go back. My friend had gold card. So for 3 adults and 3 kids the bill would 9f been 120.00 she got half off. I did the bouncer if was 30.00 more dollars.

Got so lame with the games
We wouldn't book a birthday party here again. Didn't get our requested party favors and asked twice, tables were never wiped, ticket blaster ran late. 10am parties are not allowed in early to setup, got booted from our table to serve the cake because the blaster was running behind and the 12:30 parties were coming in, as we weren't allowed to come in early to setup. The trampoline is extra money per kid and should really be included in with any birthday package. The person dressed as Chuck E didn't put on a show whatsoever, just a little wave. The people doing the show didn't even smile. I wouldn't pay to book a formal party again. You'd be better off just grabbing a table and ordering your pizza separately.

It’s super noisy, but to be expected. The service was good, but the food…. It was the worst “food” I ever had. Better off going to Happy Joes for food and games. And it’s expensive!

Great remodel, but extremely expensive. Trampoline area is great, but was 10$ extra per child, and not really well advertised with signage.. lots of disappointed kids turned away after parents discovered it can't be used unless purchased. Food was good, beer available at $10 per pint - Miller Park prices!

The cheesy bread and salad bar were fresh and delicious, the pizza was ok. We loved the recent upgrades. Lots of fun games and activities for our 2 year old. Fun atmosphere that isn’t too loud to have conversations and is well lit. Clean and welcoming environment, we really appreciated the person going around cleaning not only tables, but the games as well!! We pass on most indoor play spaces due to lack of cleanliness and this place was in great shape, especially on a Friday evening.
