It was a clean atmosphere, 2 games weren't working right, maybe 3... but overall a good visit. My kids ask to go there and with a coupon it's affordable. We don't really like the food there it's over priced in our opinion especially for the amount and quality. If there were more options and better quality/quantity then we would eat there every time. The workers are very nice and helpful!
Take our Grands there. Alway a great place for them to have fun.
The Green Bay location is easy to get to, the place is immaculate inside, they have a large variety of games to play. I have been there three times with my grandson and have had a great experience all three times.
Super clean facility and very friendly, helpful staff.
My kid always has a great time here. Last year they added a trampoline area and now they've added an obstacle course that my kid loves
There have been so many positive changes! The pizza tasted great & came quickly, the games were new and had a variety for younger to older kids. 2 employees stood out for sure: Quetzaly was our cashier; I had 2 gift cards & she patiently recommended packages that would give me the most value & explained how to use the card system. The assistant manager Tyler was THE BEST, PERIOD. He did everything he could when he found out it was my 5 year old son's first time there to make sure he had a great time. He even turned on the light up dance floor although it was relatively slow & had Chuck E come out in costume to dance with us. I got the whole thing on video. I thought this would be a one-off trip, but we will definitely be returning as a reward for good grades or other goals. Thank you Quetzaly and Tyler!
Loved it so much fun.
Always a great time, place is clean and Tyler is the best employee
Good place to hangout with family but pricing is exorbitant in the sense that after purchasing a game card, you are still expected to pay $15 per child to have access to their little playset with trampoline and slides as of 11/25.
The staff are great and welcoming. Especially Tyler and Alexander. Tyler is a burst of sunshine 🌞 and Alexander is the rainbow 🌈. In that order!!! Management is great and the establishment is always clean. The wait time for food is great. They have a great selection of prizes.

Didn’t catch his name, but the worker who made our pizza tonight on 10/23 at about 5:30-6pm, he had on a manager necklace and he had glasses. He was extremely polite to me . He personally let us know that our food was ready and had it in a to go box for us when requested. Very nice of him. I told him to have a great night and he made our experience nice. Will be returning . We need more good employees like him in this world. Nice act of kindness that is rare these days.
Still have enough games and such for the kids. Hard to get enough tickets to get any worthwhile prize, unless you spend a fortune. Pizza is pretty good, kids will eat it. Restaurant was not very clean. Had to clean our own table. Floor was full of food and other garbage. We walked in the door at 5pm. Really, wasn't even very busy.
My family recently visited, and we had a great time! The facility was clean, the pizza was better than most pizza spots, and there’s plenty to do! I hadn’t been to Chuck E Cheese in years, so the new additions were a plus! My daughter loved the trampoline play area, and she played lots of games. The staff was friendly and attentive. We will definitely be back!
Good place
