Best cinnamon rolls I’ve ever had. It’s been years since I’ve had a Cinnabon cinnamon roll, but I don’t remember them being THIS good. So good, go get you some!

Service was atrociousI had to.honk to get the drive thru to get them to take my order and then I had to do the same at the window. Beyond epic service fail.Ps the cinnabon was ice cold when I got home and I'm 5 minutes away from this location

Took over 20 minutes to make 4 sandwiches. They had their chick-fil-a order delivered while I was there. They 4 of the 5 employees left and went to eat. When they came back the 5 the employee left and the 4 stood around and talked.
2 of my sandwiches came out of the cooker and sat there until they finished eating. They finished making the 2 put one more through the cooker sat around and talked took orders made other peoples food then went back and started the 4th. They put the wrong meat on the 4th sandwich had an entire conversation about it in the back and sent it out that way without even mentioning it to me. Never again!

Omg huge shout out 2 Schlotzsky’s deli. As soon as I walk in I get greeted. Everything is always so fresh my staff are awesome I’ve been going here for years ever since they had the one on Oneida Street in greenbay. But after that one closed I started going to the one in Appleton but now I will drive 20 minutes just to come to the one in Green Bay on Mason Street . Very clean and you feel welcome as soon as you walk in the door whoever the owner is he’s got a great staff that work for him in a very clean restaurant. Keep up the great work love your food!😎
