Stopped in for the first time and what an amazing place. So many flavors & toppings to choose, plus how they fold the toppings into the ice cream was fun to watch them make. Thank you to the great staff being so patient with this new customer. Definitely will be back and highly recommend.
The girl named Ella was extremely kind and helpful with ordering. She was also very beautiful!
A huge shoutout to Isac for going WAY above and beyond! I called, hoping for an ice cream cake, and learned that it wasn't in stock. Instead of turning me away, Isac took the time to make one from scratch for my daughter's birthday! Seriously, who does that these days? Incredible service, kind heart, and a delicious cake to top it off. Thank you, Isac—you made our day!
They need a better was to pick up door dash’s…other than waiting in the normal line for 15mins
I got the lucky charms ice cream because I thought it would have fresh cereal on the top and it didn’t. The ice cream just tasted like old cereal milk and the cereal in the ice cream was super soggy and the marshmallows were also soggy. Which is why I thought they’d put fresh cereal on top at least. But other than that flavor cold stones ice cream is very good.
Asked for a waffle bowl, got a cone. Asked for Oreo topping, got 2 whole Oreos and it was $8 went back and had to pay for what I actually wanted and surprisingly they got it right. Flimsy spoons. Oreos didn’t taste good. Prob stick to baskin
Cold Stone Creamery has undeniably become my go-to spot for ice cream indulgence. Whenever I find myself craving a sweet treat, I know exactly where to head. One of the standout flavors for me is the Birthday Cake Remix. Every bite is a delightful combination of rich cake batter ice cream mixed with rainbow sprinkles, fudge, and cookie dough. It’s a flavor that hits the spot every single time—creamy, satisfying, and just the right amount of sweetness. I’ve sampled various flavors over my visits, but nothing makes my taste buds rejoice like this one!
Additionally, I have to commend the staff at Cold Stone. The service is consistently fast and friendly. The employees seem genuinely enthusiastic about helping customers create their own delicious concoctions, and their positive energy adds to the overall experience. There’s something about the excitement of watching them mix your ice cream on the cold stone that makes the visit even more enjoyable.
However, my recent visit was slightly tinged with disappointment as I had hoped to take advantage of a birthday deal, which I thought was a customary offering. Unfortunately, I didn’t receive any discount or free treat, which felt like a missed opportunity to celebrate my special day with even sweeter perks. I understand that not all locations may have the same promotions, but it would be great if their birthday offerings could be more consistent across the board.
Overall, Cold Stone Creamery remains a top choice for ice cream lovers like myself. The Birthday Cake Remix is always a hit, and the vibrant atmosphere combined with enthusiastic service enhances the overall experience. I just hope that next time, I won't miss out on a birthday deal to sweeten the occasion even further!

I live at the marvelle lane apartments and by the time I got my order home it had already started to melt

Both times I’ve ordered through their website the order gets lost so they ask to look at the receipt and then they go over to where the online orders are printed and it’s there… alone with quite a few others. It’s just a tad annoying when I go later that when it’s supposed to be ready and it’s still not even started.

Stopped by a few minutes ago, I ordered few cups , once the lady got the waffle cup to put my ice cream inside and give it to me there were over 20 flies on the waffles window and she served it like nothing in there , had to ask her to remake another one without the waffle cup, and i paid almost $20 , but i just threw it I couldn’t eat it. Unfortunately my kids ate theirs so hopefully they don’t get sick

Cold stone ice cream is good but the service is super slow. The girls who work there are clearly not well trained and move super slow. I will not return to this location.
Welcome to the restaurant where 3 people are behind the counter and all waiting on 1 person and nobody says may I help you. I'm glad I initiated my service
Fast service,
1) We were told at time of purchase that this cake would feed 8-10 people.
2) My son's name is IVAH, not Ivan.
3) When the cake was ordered, the cake maker told us she would make a big cake SHAPED LIKE THE FACE/HEAD OF MICKEY MOUSE.
4) When we got to the store- my husband immediately was unhappy with the cake and wanted a refund. They told him that he could only get a replacement cake.. days later. When he asked why it wasn't what he had asked for, they told him they made it how he asked. I have small hands.. and this cake it smaller than my hand. This will not be enough for our family, and we have no use for a cake days from now. We live 45mins away!
Do not waste your money here. Customer is always right.. and dude.. we really are. They should have tried to make things right instead of telling us to go on our way and SOL.
