I do like the food but the decision to use tallow instead of seed oils is kind of a turn off. This makes almost nothing on their menu vegetarian anymore and almost certainly drives up the price. I do like the push for healthy alternatives but I don't think animal fat is the right move here.
CSB is tucked into it brewery and is an awesome place for coffee. I’m scared of posting this as it may become too popular. They also have moderate WiFi.
