Exceptional Stay – A True Gem in Packers Country!
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We just wrapped up our second stay at the Country Inn & Suites in East Green Bay, WI, and once again, it was nothing short of amazing! From the moment we walked in, the check-in process was fast, smooth, and welcoming. The front desk staff greeted us with genuine smiles and professionalism, ready to assist in any way they could. You could really tell they care about guest experience.

We booked two rooms for two nights, and everything was on point. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-stocked, making it easy to settle in and enjoy our time. The atmosphere and environment at this hotel are second to none—quiet, cozy, and perfect whether you’re traveling for business, family, or fun.

What really stood out was the consistency of great service. Even the breakfast staff went above and beyond—keeping things fresh, stocked, and inviting with positive energy early in the morning. It’s those little touches that make a place feel like more than just a hotel—it feels like home.

We were having an absolute blast, and this stay only reinforced why we chose to come back. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Green Bay, especially if you’re in town to cheer on the Packers. Trust me—I’ll be staying here again the next time I’m back in Packers land!

Nothing but the best!

We travel frequently and stay at a variety of places and this one as been the very best. We were greeted by one of the nicest ladies, given all our information and we were already pleasantly suprised by the stunning beauty of the hotel. Our room was very spacious and pretty, and the beds were comfortable.

We changed and went to check out the pool. It was amazing! Large with a sitting area in the pool as well as a seperate hot tub, bathrooms in the pool room and while my kids were too large for it, an awesome kiddie slide and waterfall.

Breakfast was another pleasant experience with a large selection of waffles, coffee, juices, oatmeal, cereals, breads and muffins, and sausage, eggs. Potatoes and biscuits and gravy with a very nice attendant in a beautiful dining room that overlooked a pretty patio area.

We were so thrilled with out experience here, our stay was so quiet we felt like we were the only ones here. Thank you so much Country Inn for such a great final night to our vacation!

I love it

Rooms were dirty when we arrived. Toilet sort of worked. Shower drain was very backed up, as was the sink.
The front desk worker seemed confused by simple requests.
Pool was nice.
Rooms are decently sized.

Great staff and well maintained

I’ve never been to a hotel that exceeded my expectations but this one did. I have a toddler and baby which they provided a pack and play for us, my toddler LOVED the splash pad, hot tub was great, the breakfast was top notch in my experience of hotel breakfasts. The king room was spacious and bed was ultra comfy. My only complaint was the mattress protectors were super loud, like rolling on a plastic bag, they do make quieter ones that would be better. Overall will be staying here again when we come for bay beach.

BED BUGS!! Do not stay here!
My husband and I booked a night here for a wedding we attended at this same location/venue. We attended the wedding and the morning thereafter, I had bites on my legs so it occurred to me to check the bed. There was clearly a full grown bed bug crawling up the headboard! I downloaded a bug ID app and scanned it. It read as 99% wall louse/bed bug. I immediately called the front desk with my own cell phone (because when I used the room phone, it was sounding as busy and couldn’t get a hold of anyone). They sent over maintenance and maintenance grabbed the bug with a Kleenex and took it. I never heard from management or anything. Not even to make things right or to at least give me some peace of mind. We immediately started gathering our things to leave that room. During check out, I spoke to Tiffany the manager and she still tried to charge me for the night with a $30 discount giving the reason that “because we stayed the night”. We checked out and left, however, she assured me they would vigorously inspect the room and get it cleaned and that I should expect a call during the following week to let me know if it was in fact bed bugs or not. I waited for the following week to come and I never heard from anyone. I had to go out of my way to call and email the general manager Enrique H. To make things “right”. I got a refund however, this is not ok!!! This is unacceptable, unprofessional and disgusting. I will be sharing with all other wedding guests that stayed at this hotel including the bride and groom. They should also be reimbursed.

Staff promised me a room for my child’s birthday, said it was available. Called two days prior to make sure the plan was in place due to lack of communication from hotel staff. Turns out now all of a sudden they don’t rent the room on weekends. Staff were rude and disrespectful. I then received an email from a manager offering me a no penalty cancellation. Left with having to restart the planning process for my son’s 4th birthday party. They had 0 compassion.

Worst hotel I have ever stayed at. Grossed out the entire time.

A reasonable hotel with the usual amenities. The pool area has a splash area for little kids which could be a draw for young families. The hotel is located on the southeast corner of the I-43 and Mason Street interchange, so, while it is a convenient location, road noise, especially for rooms on the I-43 side of the building, is rather significant.

Very nice hotel with a variety for breakfast. Indoor pool that is heated. The room was spacious. The amenities were great. TV reception went out a few times but not an issue. The walls are thin. I could hear my neighbors TV when they had it down over my TV. There are two restaurants on either side giving you options to eat close by. I would stay here again for business purposes. There are plenty of outlets for devices around the room, plus it comes with an iron and board for after travel.
