Staff promised me a room for my child’s birthday, said it was available. Called two days prior to make sure the plan was in place due to lack of communication from hotel staff. Turns out now all of a sudden they don’t rent the room on weekends. Staff were rude and disrespectful. I then received an email from a manager offering me a no penalty cancellation. Left with having to restart the planning process for my son’s 4th birthday party. They had 0 compassion.

Worst hotel I have ever stayed at. Grossed out the entire time.

A reasonable hotel with the usual amenities. The pool area has a splash area for little kids which could be a draw for young families. The hotel is located on the southeast corner of the I-43 and Mason Street interchange, so, while it is a convenient location, road noise, especially for rooms on the I-43 side of the building, is rather significant.

Very nice hotel with a variety for breakfast. Indoor pool that is heated. The room was spacious. The amenities were great. TV reception went out a few times but not an issue. The walls are thin. I could hear my neighbors TV when they had it down over my TV. There are two restaurants on either side giving you options to eat close by. I would stay here again for business purposes. There are plenty of outlets for devices around the room, plus it comes with an iron and board for after travel.

Very poor room service

Negative stars for service. Even upon multiple requests, housekeeping DID NOT show up for 3 days to make the room and provide fresh towels.

The room was clean and fresh. The bedding and furnitioning looked new and clean. The front desk was very welcoming and friendly.

Stayed there over a week a few months back while a seriously ill family member was in a nearby hospital. The staff was very helpful and kind, which was much appreciated.

The person who checked me in was NOT helpful and told me the wrong time for breakfast.
Walls kinda thin. I kept hearing the person in the room above me stomping around and people in the next room making a lot of noise late at night.

We were part of a block of rooms for wedding guests coming from out of town. The room turned out to be a suite, pleasant surprise. The only glitch was a problem with their computer, so that check-in couldn't
be done in a timely manner. Staff was frustrated and it overflowed to the guests. Eventually, they were able to check us in after letting us go to the room. Only one night stay. Didn't have the breakfast there as it didn't open til after we needed to be on the road.

Breakfast was about as good as it gets for a hotel if this caliber Does have a waffle machine and a few hot options .

When I checked in, we received a welcome bag with waters and snacks. The room was clean and roomy. The breakfast area was great. A great home away from home
