Edited to add: we already had reached out to cousins subs via the way their response asked us to over 1 month ago. husband was corresponding with a Jasmine. He followed up twice when he never received a response after giving them the information they requested. We then made this post.
My son was super pumped for his sub since he earned a free one through the library reading program. We ordered 2 subs and brought home to eat. Once eating my son found 3 separate reddish hairs in his sub and was immediately grossed out and obviously couldn’t eat it. We reached out to this location with our concerns giving them an opportunity to “right” the situation, but it’s been approx 1 month and we haven’t heard back. Disappointed in our visit and likely won’t return.

Best subs by far in area. Quick and friendly service. Have both used drive-through and eat in, and pleased with service both ways. The one we went to on East Mason in Green Bay has the soda fountain where you can make your own flavors, including MANY options for zero calorie drinks. It was wonderful to have something flavorful to drink and be sugar-free...

The soda was bitter and watery and the food took forever and they didn't count my coupon. the food was cold. Overpriced too. And the cashier was super slow. So, not going here again.

I came back to return a Philly steak because I felt there wasn’t enough steak on the sub. I was told they were proportioned and I said I understand. I felt like they thought I was one of those rude customers, but I was nothing but polite to them, and the manager said nothing to me other than acting extremely defensive. Don’t get the steak if you wouldn’t approve of this amount. It looks nothing like it was advertised.
