Bread is hard, completely wrong orders even without any other customers there. They did not care about us at all and threw the food at us. They rolled their eyes at us and just told us to grab the drink. But back to the food, it was as if they just threw random things on the sub. Will not be going here again.

Lazy staff instead of filling the grub hub orders drink. I was forced to do it myself coming from outside hands not clean. Very unprofessional service. Would have taken 10 seconds for your employees to do it with clean hands

Worse costumer service I’ve ever experienced, getting upset they messed up my delivery order and I’m calling about a refund for that they tried to charge me 76.00 for 2 7.5 inch subs. Not my issue what personal issues these workers have to be disrespectful over someone paying for their hard earned money to buy food for their family that I did not receive. Your 3rd party vendor has PICTURES of the order they picked up which was not my full order instead of taking ACCOUNTABILITY they want to be defensive. What a joke. Corporate was contacted.

I ordered food through Uber eats, I ordered a club sandwich, it was missing the ham, and veggies that were added, I also ordered a shake and two bags of chips along with fries, the fries were ice cold and soggy, the shake was missing and they sent a cherry coke instead, also my chips were missing out of the bag, but bag was still sealed, I was very upset, but uber did issue a partial refund not to cover what I didnt recieve but better then nothing. I have never had this experience before with this place. Horrible, even if it was late at night.

First time eating here. I Ordered 5 piece Tenders and only got 3 pieces. They also messed up my WI cheese steak sub, and the food came in cold.
Services is okay & Workers should be retrained!
I’d rather choose Charles Philly steak and Jersey Mikes for steak sub.

I love this location! I place to-go orders regularly, and they're always ready on time with nothing missing. On the rare occasion they're out of something, they always call to let me know. Great service!

The sandwiches were top shelf, but we wandered in around 9pm and the whole dining room was all cleaned up with chairs all stacked up. Thank goodness there were tables outside. I don't like to eat in my car.

Was very pleasant atmosphere, food was on time the worker Justine was very knowledgeable of the products she works with I highly recommend her services, excellent shop.

Edited to add: we already had reached out to cousins subs via the way their response asked us to over 1 month ago. husband was corresponding with a Jasmine. He followed up twice when he never received a response after giving them the information they requested. We then made this post.
My son was super pumped for his sub since he earned a free one through the library reading program. We ordered 2 subs and brought home to eat. Once eating my son found 3 separate reddish hairs in his sub and was immediately grossed out and obviously couldn’t eat it. We reached out to this location with our concerns giving them an opportunity to “right” the situation, but it’s been approx 1 month and we haven’t heard back. Disappointed in our visit and likely won’t return.

Waited for 5 min plus(no biggie) but wasn't even acknowledged! I understand being busy( wasn't) or under staffed(3 people working), but a simple hello or be with u in a sec,would've been nice.
