Edited to add: we already had reached out to cousins subs via the way their response asked us to over 1 month ago. husband was corresponding with a Jasmine. He followed up twice when he never received a response after giving them the information they requested. We then made this post.
My son was super pumped for his sub since he earned a free one through the library reading program. We ordered 2 subs and brought home to eat. Once eating my son found 3 separate reddish hairs in his sub and was immediately grossed out and obviously couldn’t eat it. We reached out to this location with our concerns giving them an opportunity to “right” the situation, but it’s been approx 1 month and we haven’t heard back. Disappointed in our visit and likely won’t return.

Waited for 5 min plus(no biggie) but wasn't even acknowledged! I understand being busy( wasn't) or under staffed(3 people working), but a simple hello or be with u in a sec,would've been nice. Anyway, panera was good!

Best subs by far in area. Quick and friendly service. Have both used drive-through and eat in, and pleased with service both ways. The one we went to on East Mason in Green Bay has the soda fountain where you can make your own flavors, including MANY options for zero calorie drinks. It was wonderful to have something flavorful to drink and be sugar-free...

I'm not a fan of these subs they're very boring and dry. I much more prefer Scott's, Firehouse, Mikes or Erbert and Gerberts before this place.

I came back to return a Philly steak because I felt there wasn’t enough steak on the sub. I was told they were proportioned and I said I understand. I felt like they thought I was one of those rude customers, but I was nothing but polite to them, and the manager said nothing to me other than acting extremely defensive. Don’t get the steak if you wouldn’t approve of this amount. It looks nothing like it was advertised.
Well I forgot and they didn't give me my soda before the food got there. Also got sub and cheese was clumpy and overall the Philly cheesesteaks meat was cold. Also the meat tasted...old....not good... Kinda sucks considering how much they charge.

I'm not quite sure what happened but the sandwich had potential. The bacon was not cooked. It came straight out of the package. The green peppers were sliced improperly making the sandwich fall apart as I was eating it and the cucumbers were definitely old.

Personally I’m a fan of cousins subs, it’s just the service at this location I’m not a fan of. Seems like they always screw up my order somehow. My fault for not always double checking. I usually get my food to go/pickup. Tonight it was they forgot the chips. Other times it’s wrong subs. They have about a .900 batting average for not getting the entire order right. Probably done with going to this location because I never get what I order and don’t want to call them up every time when I get home to tell them they screwed up or have to drive back over there.
