Tell your employee RIV that just because a particular sandwich is on the coupon doesn't mean I have to to get that butter burger... The coupon is for any butter burger... Forced me to get cheese and a double sandwich...I don't like cheese and I'm forced to pay for it.... Used the SAME coupon 3x in the last month, why now is it an issue... And STOP SALTING THE ONION RINGS. nobody does that

First time at Culver's and I definitely enjoyed the super nice Wisconsinites making me feel welcome. The menu is great and far more interesting than most. The burgers were fresh & excellent, however, I think In N' Out still has the burger crown!

Food was great! Employees were polite and helpful. We were visiting from out of state and couldnt believe how inexpensive this place is compared to our burger joints in WA state. Zero complaints. Def recommend getting a concrete mixer!

This location is the text book definition of incompetence. The staff and management need to be replaced. As other feedback has mentioned, this location is unbelievably slow. Lines literally out the door. It’s all high school kids working. It took 30 minutes just to order. After standing around for an additional 20 minutes I inquired about my meal and it turns out my order (ID: AAAB3M36ACJF) was never delivered to the cooks. I asked for my money back, but had to wait an additional 5 minutes because the manager couldn’t process the refund. She had to have the manager in training process the refund. This manager in training looked to be 15 at most. No I will not be going to contactculvers.com for providing additional feedback. I would much rather ensure that it’s public facing here, so that people can read it and avoid this location.
