I get food here all the time. I have been for years. Lately I’ve noticed the food I get from here is very badly made. This has never been a problem in the past. The people working in the kitchen I feel are lazy and need stricter management. Culver’s is going down hill and they should do something before more people go to other food chains like FREDDYS FROZEN CUSTARD. I’ll be traveling to the east side of town for that instead of Culver’s because I don’t want bad food. I’m fat and spend a lot of my money eating out .. sorry Culver’s I’m out.

Wouldnt normally go to write a review but went through drivethrough and the server at the window complained about us asking for ketchup packets for our meals. Server said she would have them put packets in our bag. And we still ended uo having to go into the restaurant to get our own ketchup cause they didnt add any.

I ordered the cod dinner and the pieces of cod were very small
Tell your employee RIV that just because a particular sandwich is on the coupon doesn't mean I have to to get that butter burger... The coupon is for any butter burger... Forced me to get cheese and a double sandwich...I don't like cheese and I'm forced to pay for it.... Used the SAME coupon 3x in the last month, why now is it an issue... And STOP SALTING THE ONION RINGS. nobody does that

First time at Culver's and I definitely enjoyed the super nice Wisconsinites making me feel welcome. The menu is great and far more interesting than most. The burgers were fresh & excellent, however, I think In N' Out still has the burger crown!
