Service is slow. It was busy. My meal had to be gluten free (allergy). And it came out on a regular bun. Husband took it back in and the guy he talked to told the guy in the kitchen and said he has to pay attention to allergies. Date 9/26/2025. I have been here before and have had problems.

We waited for 10 minutes for 3single cones. After watching 8 cars arive after us receive their food and drive off, I had to reorder and wait again.not the best today.

Bacon deluxe was cold, like it just came out of the fridge. They gave us another one and this one had onions on it. Not what we originally ordered so had to go back up again and tell them. Another person behind us complained their burger was also cold. The cheese wasn't even melted. And cashier never asked us if we wanted drinks with our meals either. Do better.

I came in today and my food was delayed for about 30min. I went to talk to a co worker and they said it would take a while. I was pretty mad and upset because the workers weren’t so nice and would be super loud. Mangers weren’t doing their jobs!!! I was trying to be as patient as I could while waiting. The only reason why I rate this restaurant a 3 is because there was this kind worker, I think her name was Selena. She was very kind and helpful. She also complimented me. She talked with me while I waited and made my experience there so much better. This place doesn’t deserve this sweet little girl.

Extremely disappointed always got beef pot dinner due to dietary needs and you don't carry it any more, always thought you would maintain a menu which is consistent but not anymore, last time I will be visiting your resterant

There’s nothing quite like Culver’s from a Wisconsin location. I’ve had quite a few of them across the US, and the OGs are still the best. A simple scoop of chocolate custard is what I recommend to everybody.
