Sat for Ever in drive thru as many cars came and went in other lane. So i moved to other lane , only to have them start take many more orders in that one. All from cars that got there after me.Then the guy at the window and manager were So rude and couldnt get a simple 1 item order rite , 4 tries before they got it. Culver sure went down hill ffom many years ago. My wife recorded the whole thing , will be posting on line so everyone can see what ignorate people work there.

I ordered two grilled chicken sandwiches and no tomato and they add the tomato plus they charge me for the tomato that they were supposed to have taken off for $.50 for each one plus I had orders of onion rings and they forgot to put that in our bag, no napkins no ketchup or utensils. Nothing like that and that employee was rude when I got my food when I called back and complaining that they did not put my onion rings in the bag and came back to the store almost threw the onion rings through the window at me basically not no apology. Nothing that’s not how you should treat. Customers are the ones that are supporting their paychecks.

I have ordered doordash twice now from this particular store and both time I've had multiple items missing from my order. I will not be ordering from here again. Mac and cheese also tasted like plastic.

I waited almost a full hour for a simple order 1 concrete mixer, 1 vanilla cone, and 1 vanilla dish nothing crazy, nothing complicated. After all that time, I finally get my icecream just for the mixer to be completely incorrect, not even close to what I ordered, and the cone was so skimpy it looked like a sample size, not something a paying customer should be handed.

The manager was unprofessional, rude the co-workers there did a good job but the management was a snooty wannabe girl boss. When I called regarding some items missing on an order I placed. I could care less about the loss. It's how she was suddenly defensive, as there was no wrongdoing. Like there was an underlying issue on who was right and wrong. Abruptly cut off when trying to discuss and resolve the discrepancy. Im not one of these dudes foaming at the mouth pissed off at the counter. nobody's perfect. I make mistakes every day. But this girl boss came across as there was no mistake and there was, I don't have time for it, but they make enough money. The corporation's big enough.There's other places you can go if not make your own meal and stop eating garbage.This is a wake up call for me and a new year's resolution.No more fast food, processed garbage.Because that's what it is, look around green bay. Obesity is on steroids.

The wait in the drive through at this location turns this Culver’s into probably the worst in the state.
Great food overall. I ordered curbside pickup and waited 30 minutes. Got home and only half my order was there. They don't correct it by refunding you, only gave me a coupon.

Placed order online for pick up. Order was not ready at time of pickup and waited an additional 30 minutes after arrival for food to be ready (50 minutes total from time order was placed to receiving the order). Food was barely warm and order was incorrect (ordered a burger, but received a cheeseburger). Paid $60 for subpar cold food (4 value meals) and bad service.
