Went to get a cake and got Happy Birthday written on it. Amanda was the lady helping me. My cake was rushed and a big blob was written rather than words because the staff rude and was rushing to go outside to smoke. Maybe stop hiring smokers who act like they’re going to die without a cigarette. There were two of them! Horrible. They do not need to be smoking every 5 minutes. That’s just disgusting. Talk about an addiction. Pathetic. Get help. Maybe fire Amanda or retrain her and teach her to be more literate. Clearly she doesn’t know decent customer service nor how to write.

I've gotten ice cream cakes here before and I'm usually pleased with what I get. But the last two times I've bought an ice cream cake, the writing has been blob-like and scribbly. You'd be better off writing on the cake yourself since it's been done in a rushed and reckless manner for me twice. The service I got wasn't that well either. After receiving the cake, I asked if I could have a bag for it but was completely ignored and watched the employee quickly make her way to the back. When driving off, it caught my attention that the writing on my cake only happened to be rushed so the employee could have a smoke break with her coworker...kind of ridiculous isn't it?

Picked up an Oreo ice cream cake for my grandson's Bday party. Had called earlier to inquire if it was available. VERY friendly and helpful response from Mgr. Customer service great when picking up cake! I know where I will go for my next ice cream cake

My husband had ordered 2 mini blizzards and the cashier at the window was in such a hurry in a rude manor. He barely said anything to him and just handed us the blizzards and dint say anything. As we don't live very far and go here often our blizzards were melted by the time we got home. It was getting all over in the car too running down the sides of the cups. We will not be returning here as of rude customer service and bad product served.

It was actually the best banana split ever made. It was so nice and delicious. I was surprised because they had a line of people. I thought it would have been slopped together.

Used the drive thru. Got a small hot fudge sundae and a medium strawberry sundae. The medium strawberry sundae was filled so full and packed it passed the brim so there was no way to open it without it spilling over the sides. Very obnoxious, but what was worse is that some loose juices from the strawberries ran out all over the place... But the rest of it was frozen solid. Not normal soft serve DQ. The berries had been frozen too. The strawberries were basically red ice. Couldn't even eat it... Couldn't get the spoon into it it was so hard. The hot fudge sundae also had ice cream that was frozen hard. When did you make the sundae?? Three days ago? Then froze it? The berries were not even red anymore. Because they were frozen they were more of a greyish red. Tossed it out.. Couldn't eat it. Then because I wouldn't eat mine, my significant other threw his out too. Took a nice after noon and turned it into a big argument about driving a half an hour to get a DQ only to throw out nearly 9 dollars of ice cream.Way to deliver very poor customer service. And show us how poor of product you put out to paying customers. Will not be back. Folks... If they are having a bad day there... They will make sure to pass it on to their customers. Wish I could give this place zero stars.

Just came through the drive thru with my girlfriend a bit ago. We ordered an Oreo brookie blizzard and a banana split. Everything seemed fine at first, but we were having a lot of trouble making out what the order taker was saying. I don't know if it was the headset or the speaker or what, but it made for a hard time confirming the order. Clearly, the guy got fed up with things because he started to be extremely rude to us. The attitude continued at the window. I fully intended on asking to speak to a Manager, but he slammed the window in my Girlfriend's face and ran off as soon as we had the ice cream. I wasn't going to just sit there because there was a line forming and that wouldn't be fair to the folks behind me, so we just went on our way. I wanted to fill out one of the official surveys, but of course we weren't given a receipt. Nor were we asked if we wanted one... I don't think I've ever had such awful service from a Dairy Queen before in my life. My Girlfriend was so bummed out, she didn't even want her ice cream anymore. Shame on the worker for treating the customers the way he does. We will not be returning to this location. I rather drive across town if it means better service.Edit: After reading other reviews, I'm noticing we're not the only ones with an experience like ours at this location. Maybe it's time to do something about the speaker and the employee lacking patience? I'm sure you'd like to bring your ratings up...
