Dave & Buster's Green Bay

Really nice that we finally have a Dave and Busters in the area- I just wish there was a bigger variety of games. Plus, some of them don't even award tickets/prizes. Overall, still really fun to go to, if you have an hour or two to kill.

My waiters name was Valintine worst server ever she forgot all about our sauces after being asked and reminded twice
she also left us sitting at the table waiting for our check for over 10 min and took about 15min for the food to come out
didn’t offer us no refills and it wasn’t even that busy

If you ever want to feel like you are a burden to servers, come here. It took 15 minutes for anyone to come to the front to help us, after 10 minutes of being ignored by the bartenders at an empty bar, I decided against a drink. If I could give it 0 stars I would. I will not be back.

Also half the games are broken in some way that just make it so they eat you credits.

Such a disappointment, I will not be back.

This location is In a very busy shopping area. The environment is nice, but it's a smaller location than many of the others we've been into. The arcade area is quite a bit smaller than some we've been in, but there's ample dining and they were able to seat our group of about 20 people with fairly short notice. The place is well maintained and the staff is very friendly. All in all it's a good stop.

Only had chip and queso. Had a couple of drinks they were great. Our first waitress was great and on point. After that, it was downhill. Had a great time in the game area with friends.

The food and drinks here are actually pretty underrated for bar food. We enjoy playing the games, although expensive for a family, it's still a good way to spend a rainy afternoon. Service is good depending on the server you get.

We went to Dave and Buster’s and told the waitress it was our first time there. She explained the eat and play and said we would save money by selecting an eat and play package. They seemed like a good deal. We splurged and did the 90 minute unlimited play. We asked a few questions, but everything seemed like it was straightforward. All of our food came and was good. When we went to play, we quickly learned the rules of the “unlimited play.” Unlimited play means you get to play 1 game per minute on any game that doesn’t have a purple ring around the card reader. Purple games aren’t included at all. So, you get 90 plays if you’re able to play one per minute. You also don’t earn tickets while playing. You’re given a static 1500 tickets immediately. Very misleading from the advertising. While they had some cool games, the rules of the card we were given were restrictive. What’s the point in limiting the number of plays if you’re given a static number of tickets?
Also, if you’re sensitive to loud noises, bring your ear plugs. It was very loud!
