Went there for the 1st time for my daughter's birthday. The food was fantastic and our server was so sweet! My daughter had a blast! We will definitely be going back!

They were understaffed and it took 15 minutes for someone to take our order but our waitress was super sweet. Not her fault they are not staffed properly. Had the Parmesan crusted chicken Caesar salad and the lettuce was wilted and the chicken tasted like grease. Would not get again. Don't let the photo on the menu fool you. Kids had boneless wings and fries and those were good!

Great place and our server Skie was absolutely amazing and very nice. Recommend her as your server anytime. Thank you again for everything.

Our Waitress Healey was super amazing, the manger Kay knew I had an allergy and personally made my food and hand delivered it to me. They always go above and beyond at this location. The food was fried impeccably and drinks were premo. We celebrated Xmas as a family there and they were sooo accommodating. Best place ever...

Stopped in on Thursday 10/30 for some games and wings. Had issues with purchasing a game pass from the kiosk. Management said they couldn’t help at all as their kiosks are run by an 3rd party and that I needed to contact corporate. The number he gave me for corporate was actually for a grocery store. What a joke. Bathrooms were unusable as well, someone had gotten sick or spilled something and it was left to dry instead of being cleaned. Avoid this location

All around solid arcade. One of the few places in the area where you can play DDR anymore. The redemption based games are fair and not stressfully difficult (which is something a lot of other arcades fail at). My only jab is that it can sometimes can be hard to find a staff member to help me when needed.

Lots of variety for food, but quality and portions are just ok. I think they have reduced their serving size of fries but the plates are big and make the food look small.
As far as gaming, it's very, very loud. Can't believe you have to pay $3 for a plastic card which you then pay to load! 😠 Feels like you're getting seriously nickle and dimed!

Bar tender didn't tell us about any deals acted like she didn't want to be working here. Didn't honor happening hour deals. Ive never not tipped in my life so this was a first for a zero tip spend over $200 here.

I would like more options for the day pass, month pass, pass pass. Time limit pass may not be worth it... you will want longer!!!

A group of 4 of us went in 9/27 around 10:30 pm for drinks, food, and games.
The bartender could not have made it any more clear that she didn’t want to be there. Seemed miserable. Asked for the cauliflower, she told me they were out. Asked for the Brussels sprouts, and she told me they were out. At this point we were waiting 15-20 mins just for drinks. Asked the manager for Brussels, and they came out, but were cold and mushy. She continued to ignore the side of the bar that everyone was sitting (other groups) not a good experience at all.

This was the worst decision ever coming here. The food was terrible and expensive!!! I paid 100 plus dollars for 6 meals. Two meals were suppose to be chicken strips but ALL of the meals looked like air fried chicken nuggets. Fries were not fresh and looked air fried as well. Games were super expensive. Bathroom was filthy. I will never return
