I can’t say enough about how excellent the food and arcade are! The arcade is huge! My brother snd I came ate lunch then right after spent 4 hours in the arcade! What a great establishment

We haven’t even gotten home yet and I am writing this review. We are pretty displeased with how we were treated at this facility. I want to start with saying- the food was delicious. Our waitress was AMAZING. She was kind, speedy, kept checking in on us, and working hard. We had two major issues. Definitely first world problems, but we are both college kids with little to no money and saved up for a long time in order to come here.Issue one: The App lies.My boyfriend had gotten the app where it tells you when you click REWARDS101 that if you spend $15 you get $15 worth of credits. Good deal, right?? Says it right in the app. He did it and it didn’t do anything. He didn’t get any emails for the rewards either. He went up and asked about it to see if it can be corrected, and he was just told ‘oh that’s not right. But we don’t control the app.’ And that was it. Having worked in customer service ever since I was legally able to have a job, and same with him, we were pretty upset. We were under the assumption by the app we would get double and we didn’t and the attitude that was given was not appreciated. We wouldn’t have bought the $15 if the correct information would have been given and there’s no refunds. $15 is maybe 9 games for two people, four each and one spare, while we were planning on double, 170 tokens instead of 85. Frustrated, but we continued to play since we didn’t want to waste the money.Issue two: machine broke.All was well, but then we played tons of tokens and it had broke on us, we were supposed to win 300 tokens and the screen had gone black and error codes popped up. After a minute, it went back to the main screen as if nothing happened and we didn’t get the tickets. A 100 band and a 200 band. We went up and talked to the prize area- we waited and waited to talk to the guy there but he was too busy laughing and chatting with a customer. To be fair, it was the customer who kept coming back to talk but we were standing right in front of him waiting to ask him a question. He saw us but never acknowledged us, continued laughing and chatting with that guy. Finally I had enough and went to the lady behind the desk. She was super sweet and helpful. She asked the guy and boy did he have attitude. Just told us go to the machine someone will be there. I looked to my partner as we were walking to the machine and he agreed that he was very unpleasant, as if we were a complete burden and disrupting his fun chat time. We went to the machine, explained to the guy what happened, and he mumbled something and just walked away before I could register and ask him to repeat! We waited there and nothing. We were pretty frustrated and after waiting we decided to leave.As I said, first world problems, but this trip had taken us months to save up for. I live paycheck to pay check with many medical bills taking up any savings and my partner is a full time student and works when he can to help. This was my first time going out and doing something fun for myself in almost a year, first time trying to let loose and relax after the passing of my brothers and it was horrendous at the second half, how we were treated ruined everything.The food and waitress were absolutely delightful, our waitress was a blessing but everyone else other than the lady working prize desk and our waitress made it a horrible experience. Will not be coming to this establishment any time soon and won’t recommend it to anyone.

I love this place. Finding this place was a highlight of my life. I can’t go more than a few days till I need a spike of the good stuff - Basketball, ball drop, all the circus games. If I could go higher then 10 I would in a heart beat, even if it meant sacrificing my ability to have kids (I did have a vasectomy). True ballers knows game when they see it. Respect!

What a rip off. Barely a selection for games. Expensive prices. I paid for a new card because I didn't have one. Paid to activate it and then tax before I even put a balance on it to use. Then again I had to pay to put more balance onto ot later. Prizes are lame. Nothing interesting. I could get most of what I did like for less than I paid for credits to that stupid card. I don't recommend going here

We have a blast playing games and collecting tickets!They adults enjoy themselves as much as the kids. The few times we've eaten here the food was better than you'd expect.Be aware, it is very loud in there.

The food was great. However, with the, "eat drink and play" moto I assumed you got tokens with a meal. Nope, that doesn't exist yet it should. Would be a great business model. Our waiter was friendly but had a huge hickey on his neck. I would have thought they would send him home until it was gone and save needless explaining to children. Asked for a birthday cupcake but they don't do that... What??? Lastly, as expected, the token prices are expensive. I was told machines take 4-8 tokens... Good luck with that. More like 6-12. I would suggest going at least once. If you have children you may want to prepare for it. If you're a teen you'll fit right in. Basically it's not very family friendly but if it's a group older than 16 or able to drink, it would be a fun place. Me, probably not going back, already have the experience under my belt and we can have more family friendly experiences at vacation destination.Kid-friendliness: I wouldn't go so far as calling it kid friendly. We had adults that wouldn't move aside for our children, they just walked like they weren't there. Plenty of alcohol and foul language. Staff didn't seem to care too much for children.

Friendly staff. Clean bathrooms. Food was good needed a little salt but over all good. Lots of games to play. Plenty of parking. 3 or 4 blocks from Green Bay Packers stadium.
Tables were not wiped off, but were set for the next customers, prices were very high

Brought our grandkids, 8 yrs old and 7 yrs old. Unaware of how it works we bought each of them 115 tickets. The games they played were 7.8 tickets each and those tickets were gone fast so please explain to them how to pay attention. We ordered a nacho platter and it was a sad nacho platter with maybe a drip of cheese of every 4th chip… really just a plate of chips. The pretzel sticks were good but the cheese was a white queso type cheese which the kids didn’t like, along with 4 sodas.. $66…so I suggest eat before you go! Staff were nice but this place is a money pit so know before you go!

First-time visitor to Dave & Buster's, I found the overall experience enjoyable. The games were a highlight, providing plenty of fun and excitement. However, I must mention that the food service was a bit slow; our orders took longer than expected to arrive. Despite this, the lively atmosphere and entertaining games made up for it. Overall, Dave & Buster's is a great spot for team outings, especially if you're looking for a mix of gaming and dining. Just be prepared for a little patience when it comes to food delivery!
