We don't eat out much on trips, bit we always go here when we go to Green Bay. Great food, coffee and staff has been outstanding on every visit. Food comes pretty quick too ♥️♥️

The service was great and the ambiance was very appealing, but the food quality was extremely disappointing and will prevent me from returning.
The dish I ordered the Pork Belly Eggs Benedict, the pork belly was poorly executed from start to finish. The pork belly tasted boiled, lacked any crispness, and was very soft and falling apart. The hollandaise sauce was broken and had an off flavor, which should never be served.
Everything was placed on cornbread, which became soggy and overly sweet, making the dish heavy and unpleasant to eat. The fried kale was also a miss. It was overcooked and bitter and added nothing to the plate.
The concept sounded appealing, but the fundamentals, especially sauce technique, pork preparation, and balance, were not there.

Love this place! Drinks, coffee, food all fantastic. Cozy atmosphere and typically has a wait. The team over delivers every time. Food is American eatery bistro style. Huge fan!

We were seated at the bar, we waited 15 minutes for someone to acknowledge us. Finally they come over, get our drink order, we got a can of pop and their signature latte. 20 minutes later we get the can of pop, 30 minutes after that we get the latte. They ask what we want to eat, we order, when we finally get our food it’s cold. The corn bread was hard and dry, the bacon and cheesy potatoes are cold, the eggs are water logged. We were barely acknowledged. Another couple came in an hour after us was seated right next to us and the bartender was very attentive to them. They were served promptly and left before we were even done.

Waited 10 minutes to get asked if we wanted something to drink. We were sitting at the bar! Took another 10 to get a can of sprite after initial ask and 20 more minutes to get my wife’s latte. Ordered food after 25 minutes. Food came some what on time. But was unsatisfactory. Felt though the waffle in order was made and then sat until later when it was brought out. It was cold but the chicken on it was hot! My wife’s cornbread was dry, eggs were completely watery and the cheese hash brown casserole was over salted.

Went to brunch on a Sunday, not a long while ago- good crowd for a snowy day. Nice decor and lighting. Service was very nice, our server was helpful with suggestions (first time visitors). While they have yummy looking cocktails, we did not sample. Had the gumbo and a Green Tomato BLT … both exceptional. Definitely recommend and we’ll be back.

Amazing flavor, but they need to address a safety hazard.
Fantastic first visit! The pork belly Benedict (with its addictive fried kale) and the chicken and waffles were delicious. Heads-up: the entry floor was dangerously slippery with no caution signs; I almost fell.
Later, I found a hair in my kale. While our waitress was slow to check on us, another staff member helped immediately. Their response was excellent; they apologized, remade my meal, and took 50% off my order.
The food is worth it, and their service recovery was great, but they really need to add floor mats or signs to prevent accidents.

The food was good, however with this being our first time here (mine, at least), we had a very bad encounter with the waiter, Josh. As soon as we sat down, he quickly asked us what we would like to drink. Mind you, this is around 9 am. My very first time here. So I’m not sure if they serve only certain foods/drinks on the menu at certain times for breakfast or lunch. I asked Josh if they served mocktails this morning. He replied, “we serve everything on the menu.” Alright then, that answers my question that they DO serve everything the minute they open. A polite “yes” would’ve been just fine. No need to make a smart remark. Next, as we’re all rushly placing our drink orders (because our waiter Josh asked us), he then asked, “do you guys need more time?” Sir, you were the one who asked us. You made us feel very uncomfortable. Now, we’re placing our order for our food. Again, being a first timer here, not sure how the menu works, I ordered the traditional breakfast. You had to pick your meat and bread of choice. Not sure where those options were in the menu. And we wanted a side of gumbo. As soon as someone at my table ordered her entree (which was also the traditional breakfast) and the gumbo, he interrupted her by saying that “we have a lot we have to go through” as in, you need to pick your meat of choice and bread of choice before you can order your gumbo. Listen…If you hate your job, don’t work there. Simply find a new one. Don’t ruin your customer’s experience. Food can be delicious and all, but service is what keeps bringing people back. Word of mouth is important, so just be careful on how you treat customers. Hate that our experience here was not what we had anticipated. Will not be returning and will be sure to let our friends and families know that we don’t recommend coming here due to poor service.
Best pancakes I’ve ever had. I rarely get pancakes at restaurants because I think they’re too sweet. The Johnnycakes with a perfect blend of mild sweetness when topped with their maple butter and blueberry topping. I’m coming back next week for more.

This was our FIRST trip to Wisconsin, and Delilah’s made it even more special. Food was outstanding! Pork Belly Grits and Biscuits-Gravy…Yumm. Josh, our server was the BEST. He was on the mark with all his recommendations and made us feel right at home! We will be BACK.
