I tried DIRT for the first time this morning and it was such a lovely experience! I was so kindly greeted as soon as I walked in, and the girl at the register was so helpful and patient with me as I asked questions about the different options. I ordered the seasonal Staycation bowl -- it was ready in just a few minutes! It was SO delicious, and so pretty I almost didn't want to ruin it with my spoon! 10/10

Not sure what happened, but the bowls that I used to buy and eat 2 hours into my errands are now completely soupy and do not fill me up as they're mostly made with ice. Bring back your old recipe please!

On March 18 I visited the ashwaubenon location. I am a frequent Dirt customer but probably won’t be returning. I witnessed a young lady be treated unkindly by staff and an owner. This patron saw the Dirt company truck lodged in the snow in the parking lot and quickly ran to help. She pushed and pushed and offered guidance for them, which eventually resulted in the vehicle getting unstuck. What did she get a result for her kindness? A literal pat on the sack by the owner. Mind you, the you lady had a badge on from the airport. I had heard her say she put in 90 hours plowing that week. To add to this, she was waiting over 20 minutes for the second part of her order. When she walked up to ask where her smoothie was, she was greeted with a “what do you want” comment. I was appalled and felt guilty not standing up for her. Not only was she kind and helping out their business, but she also did it with a smile. And to get treated like that feels despicable. The owner could’ve offered to get her a free smoothie for her hard work pushing a van out of snow. The smoothie this poor girl received was melted by the time it was given to her because they “forgot” it had been sitting behind the counter.

I’ve been wanting to try this place for a while since moving to green bay from Minneapolis but the hours are super inconvenient for working class people. I get to work before it even opens and I goto the gym immediately after work and get done at the gym around 5pm and always feel like trying this place after work and the gym but they close at 5pm….!? One of those salads seems so good for dinner! I’ve even attempted to DoorDash it to work but they aren’t on DoorDash either. At least bonafide is on DoorDash though. Id love if they were open 7am-7pm

Couldn't complain. I would stop again when healthy food is required.

First off, food is amazing - especially the Bean-nut-butter Bomb bowl. However, they take FOREVER!! Definitely don't go here if you're on a lunch break or a time crunch & order something that's not premade in the fridge. I was the first one in and waited 30+ min for a smoothie bowl. I've had to wait almost 30 min one time for a bone broth & that was on a lunch break. Spent entire time waiting just to have to right back to work and find time to eat what I ordered. Also - not anything else related but my own opinion - the Jesus music puts me off. I do love supporting small business none the less and the food and juice is good but plan to wait a while, regardless of how busy it is.

I’ve been here a few times over the years as I visit Green Bay. Every time, I’ve had a wonderful experience, the staff is super friendly and made amazing recommendations that I enjoyed. The atmosphere is so calm and peaceful yet uplifting. The decor is very clean and cute, I look forward to every chance I get to stop in here whenever I visit the area! Would love to see more healthy options like this expand in Wisconsin!
