Ordered 4 pizzas for a party, grabbed and ran. Opened up to serve and everyone of them was burnt. Not only burnt, but a store bought Jack's Pizza had way more ingredients! I called home office and was told would pass it on to the store. They said someone would contact me concerning the problem. I waited over a month before I posted this. No one got back to me. WILL NEVER GET ANOTHER DOMINO'S PIZZA!!!!

Charged me twice be aware !!!!!! The costumer service didn’t know what to say, the problem is they have access to your accounts and withdraw as they will corporate costumer service have an AI bot

I was very disappointed in the driver. I paid for parmazon cheese and asked for it to be at back door. The driver brought me red peppers and delivered it to front door. I don't live in the front!!

Failed to deliver by the delivery instructions given during online order. Contacted the store. I was told we would get a credit back. They lied to me. I received an email for a discount and can't even use it. We were visiting and we do not have a Dominoes in our home town.

They used to be good..then they just stopped having good service sometimes they wouldn't deliver half of what I ordered and when they did deliver the food it was cold.

I guess they just don't put sauce on their pizza anymore? The last few times I've gotten anything from here, it was just cheese, pepperoni, and crust. Would not recommend.

I ordered a pizza, baked cheese and garlic pretzels and an order of brownies. The baked cheese was barely warm, edges of the brownies were burnt and the pizza was horrible. Over baked, crust was dark brown and hard as a rock and the pizza overall had a dark brown appearance. This morning I measured the pizza and it was just barely over 1/4’ thick. Not cheesy at all. Just horrible. I will never order from Dominos again. I’ll support a small business owner in my area instead. Apparently Dominos doesn’t care about quality products anymore. The best service was the nice delivery person, but this awful food was not his fault.?

Do not order from here ! Snotty workers ! The app failed to work and I got there and said is my pizza done? It was done for 25 mins ! I figured hey they are just busy it won't take 10 mins but App said still baking at 35 mins. They said sorry, we will NOT Remake your order ! I am placing a Permanent Ban on Domino's! It is Low Quality more and more anyways, complete Garbage pizza
Don't go here late. They lock their door 10 minutes early and then ignore you as you stand outside like an idiot just for then to tell you to use the drive up window. Like seriously? You're open until 1am not 11:50 buddy:) and then telling me on the phone your closed doesn't help either.

Ordered a pizza at 8:18. The tracker said it had went to the quality check portion by 8:28. It’s 9:37 and I’ve gotten no updates. I called the store not once but twice, got put on hold and then forgotten about, so i had to call again. When i asked what was going on with my pizza they said they were “busy.” I said my pizza has been in quality check for an hour, and they said no it hasnt, that they made it 20 minutes ago. And i said, by the time it gets to me, itll be cold. They stated they couldnt do anything for me now and to call back when it comes. Im waiting for cold pizza and wings thatll have been sitting. As im writing this review im still waiting for an update on my pizza and its been 20 minutes since ive called. Worst. Dominos. Ever.
I initially had trouble placing my order, but it was a mistake on my part and the staff was so patient helping me to resolve it. Delivery was fast and the food arrived piping hot. All of my beverages and sauces were remembered. And the delivery driver, Elizabeth, was polite and friendly. Thank you for the excellent customer service!

Ordered for my kids when I was working had it delivered to the baby momma house put on my debit card and didn't want them to have my card info so I asked the driver to just throw out the receipt and put $5 tip on for whoever delivered kids ate but nothing special I guess what u get for chain restaurants these days
Parking: Inside a business plaza so plenty of parking for everyone also has a drive through window to pick up
Called 30 minutes to close and got refused to get delivery. the sandwich I ordered was burnt the pizza was ok. I see why you guys have such a horrible rating! Do better!!!!!
