Just wanted to leave a positive review. I moved to Ashwaubenon a few years ago and have visited this Domino’s location several times, always using the pickup window. The customer service is consistently great, staff are friendly and upbeat, which isn’t always the case at other places. One thing I really appreciate is that they never forget the dip cups, which is a common issue elsewhere. The food is always good and clearly made with care, not just thrown together.

Total garbage! When Pizza got delivered, all the toppings were slammed to one side of the box. They told me I would get a free pizza. The next week I called back and told them I wanted the free pizza, they put me on hold for literally 30 minutes. When I called back they put me on hold for another 15 minutes. When I called back I told the guy don't put me on hold again and he hung up on me. If I were you I would go get my pizza somewhere else!

Had a delivery driver flip me off on 6/25/25 bc I didn’t give him another dollar for his tip will not be getting a pizza from them again
Absolute worst experience I've had ever here. I ordered a simple small thin crust pizza alfredo with chicken, spinach, feta, and bacon. My order was wrong no feta, Four pieces of chicken and four pieces spinach. I had to call the one on West Mason just to make sure they still had feta because Oneida wasn't answering me, once I finally got a hold of somebody which was literally after they close. He said that was the proper portioning and that if I had any problems to go ahead and put a complaint in online and then hung up on me rudely. I do not appreciate this, I'm an assistant manager at Taco Bell in the University, I definitely do not appreciate this kind of customer service. And even if you couldn't give me a refund or remake my pizza you could have had to remade another day or anything as a manager. His excuse was well I'm the only one here and I have closing counts so if that was the case you could remake me my pizza on another day that you were there with no problems. You're bullshiting me and and that was cute to blame it on other crap when clearly you are the manager on duty because only managers do count like that. And yes I am contacting your higher-ups about this as you told me too. Not cool Domino's not cool do not appreciate the disrespect I've worked 11-hour shift just wanted a dang Pizza for dinner.....

Placed an on-line order than had the tracker send a notice that my order would take an estimated 30minutes and my food is underway or in process. We all know this is not accurate but it's nice to be kept in the loop, per say. After waiting outside for over 35 minutes no updates nut instead now 50 minutes approximately before ready. Went inside and spoke to Karen that was tatted and was trying to explain to me what in the the process means. Just cancelled my order was the best thing to do and spent a bit more and got me a real pizza that was fresh and the employees had a better attitude.
Delivered our pizza to the wrong place, and argued with us when we called and asked for another one. Apparently "photographic evidence" of our pizza being delivered to "our house" was more important to them than making it right. They did issue us a refund but refused to remake our order and argued with us when we asked for a new pizza, so now we have no dinner. Thanks Dominos :))) Seth the manager and Brian the delivery driver must be illiterate and/or blind!! I hope whoever got a free pizza had a fabulous evening!!!!!

Ordered the Buffalo chicken, if you’re gonna be cutting up the chicken to make up those 8 pieces that are listed either update the look of the item or stop selling it. What a joke I paid for cheese and sauce basically.

The guy working here on the night shift is a literal Rockstar he was the only person working at the time I got my pizza due to the delivery man out on a run. My pizza still was done in 10 minutes even though he was busy.
