My son and I went there hoping to get a pizza. We placed our order, or thought we did! I paid for the pizza and patiently waited as people who came in after us were leaving with thier orders. After 40 minutes I went up to ask about my pizza. The older gentleman who was very nice, asked my name, he looked and did not see an order. He looked up my phone number and found my order but he said it was never placed. I'm like really, isn't this what they do is make pizza. I asked for a refund and that they cancel my order which they seemed unsure of how to do. They said they canceled my order but gave me no receipt. Ididn't get we're sorry or any apologies.Thats 40 minutes of my life I can never get back. If you go past this place, speed up and hurry past.

Very unorganized place! Showed up 40 mins after placing my order then was told that just went in and will be another 10 mins. That was fine but after waiting another 20 minutes I got 3 pizzas which only 1 was correct! I paid for 2 xlg pepperoni and 1 medium Philly cheese and received 1 medium Philly cheese, 1 medium pepperoni and 1 medium cheese pizza for $42.17.. Ridiculous!

I went in to place an order and I was told the wait was 20-30 minutes. I came back 35 minutes later and my food wasn’t ready. They have a screen up to see who’s next and my wait time was 22 minutes. I was upset and I decided to wait because I was there. As I waited my weight time kept increasing. I was lied to about the wait time and I asked for a refund. They wasted my time. They should’ve been honest.

If I could leave negative stars I would! Awful customer service to say the least. Walked in and placed an order, was told 20-30 minutes, but come back in 20, it should be done. After 40 minutes (with no one in the store) kept seeing the time go up for our order. When I asked why I got a loud WHAT? from a worker. When repeated I was ignored. After almost an hour no one could explain why other orders kept getting pushed in front of ours. Will never go again. Terrible, rude service

How does Domino’s justify screwing up 6 out of my last 10 orders, always forgetting the sauces, giving me the wrong pizzas, and giving me hand tossed when I asked for handmade pan, and the last 10 orders I’ve Lost $70+ Because of their screw ups. I do not recommend getting Domino’s if you ever want your moneys worth. PS Everything is more expensive over The phone, so don’t even think about ordering Domino’s when their app and website is being super buggy like it always is.

They decided to wait until an hour and a half AFTER we had ordered and paid to call and tell us we were outside of their delivery zone. We had to ask for a refund and was told to try somewhere else. No idea why they decided to wait nearly two hours to call us because “they just didn’t feel like checking right away.”

Called to check on my order and the woman who answered was totally RUDE. Nice way to treat your customer. Then I picked 2 pizzas up. Both were made wrong. Asked to remake them and manager refused. How do you refuse to own up to your mistakes. Never ever go to this place! On top of that corporate Domino's never responded to our complaint. Dominos lost my business forever

I love domino's, but when we ordered it took them an hour to make our pizza. They said it would only take 15 minutes. We also ordered extra pineapple and extra pepperoni. We did not get any extra of anything. There was only one man making the pizzas. So all in all, we did not like the pizza that was made last night. SEPT. 1, 2023. We will order pizzas there again, but we will make them read the order back to us.

I'm not sure what is going on in this location..alot of employees standing around waiting at their station doing nothing no sense of urgency..pizza tracker tells me a 12 mins employee tells me it will be a ADDITIONAL 35 mins should have just went and got a Take & Bake or a Hot & Ready.
