ordered an iced latte and they handed me an iced coffee, happens just about every other time i go here and honestly any Dunkin :/ if you know anything about coffee, there’s a significant color difference between a normal iced coffee and a latte, i just thought it was funny that she saw what she was giving me, didn’t bother to tell her crew “hey this isn’t right” and looked at me like i was crazy when i hesitated to take it. i didn’t bother saying anything because the ticket on the cup said latte and i didn’t want to argue with them, i just needed to get to work. stopped at a shell, threw it away and got coffee from there instead 💀

Decent food, service kinda seems slow at first but definitely worth it. Adding on to the food part, for a fast food place it is nothing but mediocre. In fact it it is pretty good compared to what you could get from some hostess bag in a grocery store. Also nice temperature inside the store and it’s clean and well kept.

They were really nice to me and had everything done real quick. Staff even made jokes which lightened my day up
I ordered an apple fritter, it was as hard as a rock. I asked for another one and the employee just looked at me and walked right by. She then came back and said they don't make them there and gave me another one, which was still inedible. I would not have servers those to anyone
