El Bistro Taco visit was excellent. Speedy service even though most tables were full during dinner service around 6:30pm. Food was excellent. I had Mexican style chorizo tacos with chips and guacamole. Friendly waitstaff. Environment was very clean, including the bathrooms. Even have wood infant station in mens bathroom that is very sturdy, not the plastic ones that pull down from wall with straps.

Was able to try El Bistro Taco a few days after it opened its new location in De Pere. The spaghetti and meatballs were yummy. Could tell the sauce and meatballs were made from scratch. They were rich and the meatballs were fresh and large and had good bite to them, didn’t crumble and fall apart. My only wish was that the pasta was finished in the sauce instead of the sauce poured on top of the noodles. The sauce didn’t cling to the noodles and the water from the noodles pooled at the bottom. Also no cheese was added or offered for my to go order. Was still yummy tho.
Also got to try a chicken quesadilla which was the best quesadilla I’ve ever had. 2 huge flour tortillas sandwiched cheese and grilled chicken. The chicken was chopped fine so each piece wasn’t weighed down which can happen when your chicken pieces are too big. Huge portion, served with mild taco sauce, salsa verde, sour cream, and shredded lettuce. The quesadilla was cooked perfectly leaving the outsides crispy and buttery. Will definitely be ordering this again.
I originally also ordered calamari but was told they did not have it, which was a bummer as it’s one of the first items you see on the menu, but understand they just opened and might still be getting the whole giant menu in place.
I ordered for pickup and they told me 25 minutes, had it done in less time and was waiting for me at the counter which took 10 seconds to pay and get my food. Wonderful friendly service!
Will be trying El Bistro Taco again and again, such a huge menu to explore. I cannot wait!

This place is fantastic! Definitely the best pasta in the area! The Mexican side is absolutely delicious too! I’ve tried many different dishes and they all have been great, but the chicken and shrimp carbonara is my absolute favorite. Definitely go you won’t be disappointed. Great workers as well!
My husband got the special taco meal, and I picked the smothered burrito. I was satisfied with mine, but he felt the taco special was pretty skimpy. He said it just didn't have the special of the day vibe to it. The restaurant was clean and our service was good. The presentation of the food was appealing.

They double charged us, and refused to make good . It was a 13 dollar charge. Good business would have been to just issue the refund without the hassle. Will never patronize again, and make it known anytime we see their truck to beware.
