I’ve gone here several times over the last year. I keep giving chances. Each time I get bacon added to my subs, and it’s always forgotten.

Do not go here. I don't even know where to start. I knew it was going to be bad when the lady didnt even know how to make a cup of mac and cheese. I placed an online order that took 30 minutes longer than the pickup time with no other customers waiting. One of the workers was on FaceTime using her phone while making the sandwiches which is disgusting. I finally got my food again 30 minutes past my pickup time because they thought my order was under somebody else's name! I finally got my order and they forgot half my order despite checking the contents of the bag and receipt probably 8 times. So I drive back to get it and it's burnt and absolutely disgusting. Won't be back here again.

The sub had 1 thin slice of turkey and 1 thin slice of cheese and shredded lettuce.. not worth $7.50 at the smoke shop at Oneida .. they get a negative 10 Don’t even wast your time . Have a good day .

Bee (the owner?) has the best customer service ever and I can tell she works just as hard as the people under her. I am known as “milwaukee girl” because I am from there and was overjoyed about bread guts in a very colorful way. The other ladies that were behind the counter today (sat 7/19) were so kind and helpful. I feel welcomed and at home when I come to this location. The workers here treat me nicer than any other sub shop. I wish I could give this location more stars!!

I ordered gluten-free bread and when I went to open my sandwich it crumbled in my hands and fall apart instantly good thing I ordered chips

Literally the worst Erbs I have ever eaten. This location is by far the worst as far as customer service and food goes. I am not sure why we go back, I guess maybe just hoping it gets better. We have shared feedback and no one cares, nothing changes. The chicken dumpling has always been a favorite and our go to when not feeling well, the last year or so it’s been watery every time. Tonight’s looked like dirty water. It used to be thick with great dumplings, definitely not the case anymore. $5 for soup that taste like salty water. It was a waste of money and I think the final straw for us returning here.

Always a must! Food is delicious and always fresh! I always foreget to take pic cuz I am so excited to eat! We got box lunches and had a picnic at the Bay. I loved the Cali with broccoli cheddar soup ? pickle, and dessert. Hubby got the Comet Candy, cheddar soup, pickle and dessert.

Just left from grabbing my sub, they were out of wheat bread a completely messed my sandwich up. Sad experience.
Was looking forward to a good sandwich and a cup of chili. Unfortunately I couldn't get either☹️. Waited for about 10 minutes and absolutely no one came to take my order. Tried peeking in the back and couldn't find anyone. Store was very messy and disorganized with some food sitting out on the prep table but no employees inside. Guess I'll stick with schlotzsky's across the street.

Service is horrid here. No one is ever here but they still take an hr for them to make the sandwich. Even for pickup... don't expect them to have it made for the time you asked for when you pay for your order. Horrible customer service, including the "manager" who didn't seem to care one bit if they got any business at all. No worries... now I know you don't want to be bothered at work! ?

I ordered 2 northern beefsteak sandwiches yesterday. Beef was inedible (to humans, dog liked it). Beef was tough, couldn't chew it, and it had a lot of fat/gristle. Gave the dog the beef, and we ate the bread. That was good at least.
