Was looking forward to a good sandwich and a cup of chili. Unfortunately I couldn't get either☹️. Waited for about 10 minutes and absolutely no one came to take my order. Tried peeking in the back and couldn't find anyone. Store was very messy and disorganized with some food sitting out on the prep table but no employees inside. Guess I'll stick with schlotzsky's across the street.

Service is horrid here. No one is ever here but they still take an hr for them to make the sandwich. Even for pickup... don't expect them to have it made for the time you asked for when you pay for your order. Horrible customer service, including the "manager" who didn't seem to care one bit if they got any business at all. No worries... now I know you don't want to be bothered at work! ?

I ordered 2 northern beefsteak sandwiches yesterday. Beef was inedible (to humans, dog liked it). Beef was tough, couldn't chew it, and it had a lot of fat/gristle. Gave the dog the beef, and we ate the bread. That was good at least.

This place owned by an amazing women, is the opitame of customer service. If you have ever worked in food and beverage you know mistakes can happen but what truly shows your character how you fix the mistakes. The owner has made me feel valued, cared for and a repeat, loyal customer. I know that she truly cares about my experience. This is my number one place to go for delicious food and outstanding customer service.

First-time me eating at any erberts and gerberts! The staff both were fantastic! Very friendly and likeable! I highly recommend anybody in the area wanting lunch or passing by hungry, I definitely recommend stopping!

The lady with the blonde hair that works here was super friendly and made my sandwich even though they were closed (I didn’t realize they opened at 10am).Tasty sandwich (I Had the flash). I would recommend this place :)

Thing steak and cheese just with scoop of meet 3slices of cheese mayo cold. Small bowl of chill +no spoon .20oz sprite for $20 not worth it
