Customer service is wonderful. Staff were helpful in guiding new staff members on what to do. Suggestion would be is working on changing gloves when going from a dirty job to a clean one. Food was hot and delicious. Very nice the dining room was open to enjoy our food.

Good food for a great price! Staff is very nice and extremely helpful.Very clean and tables were blocked for social distancing. Our first time at this chain and we were pleasantly surprised.

I went Fazoli's today for lunch today with my niece and everything was very good! The food was delicious and super fast! The staff were friendly and made sure to keep the whole restaurant clean. All of the workers wear masks and walked to our table 2-3 times to make sure that we had everything we needed and did not have to get up. I would definitely feel comfortable going back again. Thanks for doing a great job!
