This used to be my favorite coffee place and it's turned to 💩!! Today I ordered a small Madagascar vanilla caramel. Was told they didn't have enough caramel syrup and no whip cream. I asked if you get a discount since half the ingredients they charge for are missing and she said I'm sorry but no. So I didn't leave a tip either then. The 2 times or so before this they cleaned up all the machines like 20 mins prior to closing and only offered certain drinks. Then another time they closed early altogether than the time they normally do. I am DONE ordering from them. Charging $7+ for a SMALL blended drink that's missing half the ingredients. I'll go to SCOOTERS where they are priced decent, have the ingredients you're charged for, great customer service and take orders as late as 5 mins before closing. Do better.

if i could give a zero star rating i would but i can't so a 1 star will work. i walked into gloria jean and the first thing i saw was an employee with darker long hair in a pony tail give a dirty look. I walked to the counter to order a drink and while ordering she was paying attention more to her coworkers than the customers but while i was ordering she had an attitude and made me feel uncomfortable. When she was giving me my change it was almost as if she threw it into my hand. I was waiting for my drink to be made and i could see that she was looking at me waiting and rolling her eyes a bit while making my drink. I get great customer service most of the time from here but today 4/26 the girl with the black shirt with ariana granda in a white outfit was rude and just not someone i'd like to have take my order ever again!!

Amazing drink but rude lady. My husband was just trying to ask a couple questions about flavors and she was so rude I turned around but he persevered. I would want to go back because the drink was so good but I don’t think I’d want to get them from her and deal with her attitude.

Typically stop anytime we’re in Bay Park Mall. This time however was horrible!!!! The service wasn’t polite ( like we were ruining her day). I understand people are going through stuff all the time, but sorry you work in customer service. When we got our coffee, and walked out of the store. We realized that it was Luke warm at best. We ordered lattes. Thinking back I didn’t hear a frother noise at all. She also mixed up the cups. Won’t be going back for a long time.

The lady taking my order in the Green Bay location not only had terrible service skills, but also felt the need to make a nasty comment to me over wearing a shirt that she didn’t agree with because of my political beliefs. The ironically I waited 25 minutes for a coffee and come to find out they “lost” my order.

Lovely service! The coffee is amazing, it feels like I’m at home while being at work. The customer service is awesome! ??

Are parents aware that the people that work at this location in the green bay mall like to try and give out coffee samples to children! Then when you try and go and talk to a manager, because ya know you're a concerned parent and you wanna know if it's there policy to target children under the age of 10, or ya know to even approach someone's child/ children, let alone offer something to the child? So if the people who run this coffee shop are reading this. Those are my questions for you. Also i will be calling until I'm able to speak with someone who isn't in there early 20s or just out of high-school!

The chillers were amazing. Worth the price (a bit high) but not something I would buy every day. Will likely stop there anytime I go to the mall. If you haven't tried Gloria Jeans and love iced coffee you really need to try it!

Got there on Sunday night at 5:50 pm. Place was still open. There were some people still getting some drinks. The guy informed me that since they’ve already washed the machine they couldn’t get me anything other than ice tea. Question for corp: is that your policy or just this location?Very disappointing experience.

I haven't been to this location in 4 years, and I was pleasantly surprised when I came back to Green Bay for a weekend, it was my first coffee stop. Thank you to AVA who was extremely helpful, polite, and I could tell that she really enjoys her job. Much better than Starbucks! The coffee was great and so was the mall. Next time I come back to visit, I will stop again. Definitely recommend!

I ama lover of coffee and have never heard of this place (from CO) So glad i stopped to grab a coffee while on the road. Person at counter was happy to discuss flavor options to ensure i liked my drink, which turned out fantastic!
