Stopped in for 2 platter meals Dec 3,, when I got home neither meal had the biscuits, I called to tell the manager and she said she would send out meal coupons to make up for the mistake.....still have not received them.

Usually any hardees I've been to is gross amd has employees who dont care. This hardees was different. He wasn't annoyed when I took time to look at the menu and shared with me a cheaper option that was better than what I was ordering. They were polite and kind. When I was leaving, they even offered to help me carry my stuff out when they seen ideas struggling with the extra stuff my son needed and was conveniently in the bathroom 🤣. I've never had a better customer service experience!
More than talking about the food, I want to talk about the employees. I really appreciate the work they do. They really put effort into everything they do. They always treat me well. Unfortunately, there's no tipping system... they should implement it. Thanks, guys. Your work makes me feel grateful.
