My food was cold and the sourdough bread wasn't even toasted a total waste of time and money. New as of 2/9/25 just left this location at 7:55 pm, we sat in the drive thru for a nice second before we said anything and the lady in the drive thru was the absolute rudest so rude I said my peace and went to culver's this is unacceptable I'm calling corporate.

Been going here for a long time, service is usually what you expect from fast food but the food is good. This past time I got breakfast from here and ordered a medium sweet tea with no ice, as it's usually cold anyway. The tea they gave me was hot, I asked for light ice to be added and they downsized my drink from medium to small and handed it to me, then shut the window and walked away before I could say anything. I guess this location likes to steal from customers, buyer beware. Never coming here again.

Food is amazing, especially the melts. The playhouse/burger park is usually quite clean and helpful for kids to blow off energy. The shakes are tasty and quite thick and the fries are fresh.
Kid-friendliness: Kid's meal and playhouse, perfect combo.
Ordered 2 Frisco blt chicken sandwich 1 as a combo. We got extremely dry fisco burgers. I usually love the frisco but not this one. I threw 3/4 of it away, my husband threw 1/2 away. Order #117977 1623721
