The food was delicious and service was quick. The restaurant was a little run down, just about every booth had duct tape on the vinyl seating. Seats need to be re-upolstered. Music was also very loud.

Got breakfast. Hashbrowns were rubbery, and meat pieces were the size of a quarter. Not worth a $14 breakfast. Waitress was very nice. Not her fault food was horrible.

Don’t bother doing curbside pickup. They won’t bring it out. Evidently, my food sat out for 20 minutes before I gave up and went inside to get it. They claimed they had a sudden “rush” but it sure didn’t seem very busy to me. Thanks for the long wait and the cold food, I guess…

Poor experience, i recently visited the Green Bay Wisconsin location, worst experience ever, I posted my experience a automated message was was sent to me saying they want to make it right, no response nothing, poor service didn’t get my order no apology but charged me for cold coffees for sitting and waiting

Worst experience ever, i visited the location on Oneida Street in Green Bay, Wisconsin today, the waitress bought me the wrong order, when i kindly stated I didn’t order pancakes, but a breakfast burrito with hash browns well done she questioned me as if I had, she took the order back stating she could reorder my correct order, after waiting so long and drinking cold coffee, no one ever came to check to see if everything was ok, i stated never mind please cancel the order, she bought the bill to us I had a friend that I was with also, on the bill she charged me for coffee that was cold, unexceptionable, I paid for the pot of coffee but will never recommend or visit this establishment again, poor experience,
Never disappoints me. Superb spicy poblano omelette and fluffy waffles. Prompt service. Clean restrooms. Warm coffee. And most importantly respectful of our time.

My 6 year old grandson wanted IHOP for his bday dinner. I called the day before to give them a heads up since our group was 10 ppl. It ended up being closer to 20. Rebecca (a new server to IHOP) couldn’t have been any better. She handled the extra people with grace. She was so positive and reminded me of what good service actually looks and feels like. I have been in the restaurant/hotel industry for almost 30 years and I was genuinely surprised and impressed
