Only giving 1 star because I can’t give zero stars . Down right awful . Do yourself a favor and don’t waste your money. No sauce on the wings and for a “hot” mango habanero it was more like a teriyaki. Wings tasted old not to mention they were cold .

Worst wings ever! Seems like they sat out for days, then someone warmed them up in the microwave and sent them out for delivery! No sauce, no flavor, soggy, and cold! Ewww!!!

Literally sold me cold wings and stale cold curly fries. Pathetic excuse for a restaurant. Please don’t go here FOR ANYTHING!!!!!!! The food tasted like it’s been sitting there all day. I couldn’t even get my money back. I’ll never go here again. I really wish I could give this place zero stars.

My first experience was unimpressive, for a kitchen that specializes in wings. The "hot" mango habanero sauce was not particularly spicy nor flavorful. Fries were soggier than I expected for a pick-up order. It's perfectly edible, but it seems to be competing moreso with Sam's Club's frozen section than a specialty wing shop.
Well we were at all day soccer tournament in DePere and I stopped here with my kids to eat supper. We were all extremely hungry since we didn't eat much that day. They seated us right away so that was a nice start I thought. So we ordered our drinks and that was all good so far. Then it came to ordering our food one kid ordered a kids meal and sour cream with 2 sides and a bowl of soup, then second kid ordered kids meal with 2 sides, and 3rd kid wanted to order 2 kids meals she said two kids meals and 4 sides. Does it real matter just take the order your not eating it or paying for the food. Oh and I ordered a 3 Taco meal and said I would also would like the unlimited soup, chips and salsa, and soup before I could tell her what kind of soup or salad I wanted she walked away. Brought my daughter her soup still nothing on my soup, chips and salsa, and salad. So when she brought the food to the table I asked so where is my unlimited soup, chips and salsa, and salad. She acted like she didn't know what I was talking about. I was extremely upset because normally I get good service and that wasn't the case today Kelly wasn't a very good witness at all. I order that all the time so there was no need to make me feel stupid. I usually enjoy my salad, chips and salsa while waiting for my food and share the chips and salsa with my kids while they are waiting for there food too. Plus I get a couple extra bowls of my favorite soup too. Daughter had to wait a good 15 minutes or a little more for a side of sour cream for her quesadilla that she asked for when she ordered and yet again and her food was completely cold by the time she got the sour cream and wouldn't eat her food without it. All Kelly said is oh so sorry I forgot. What she should of said is I am so sorry did you need me to get you another one being it was cold by the time she came back to the table to see if we needed anything. Kelly purposefully avoided our table since she knew I wasn't happy with her from the lack of care. Oh and I kinda like my drink replaced not waiting and waiting for my waitress to come back and barely came to our table to see if we needed anything or how was our food just nothing. Good she gave me lower price for unlimited salad, chips and salsa, and soup it was a horrible experience and I was excited to go here because I enjoy the food and that was part of the reason we decided to go here. Service makes or breaks the dining experience and I refuse to tip for less then even good service it was horrible. I have always got the best service at this location except one other time out of all the times we have been here. Normally we get a bubbly and happy waitress not the dud that we ended up with. Plus the waitress listens to the order and doesn't say anything about what we are ordering. She took a plate off our table at the end but other then that we had to put dishes when done on another table because Kelly seriously didn't come back. She really needs to find a different line of work.

Love the wings! Gives you plenty of fries. Would recommend getting some extra sauce, they can very inconsistent with how much sauce will be on your wings. Ranch does come like a soupy liquid rather then a thicker liquid. If they fix these two issues I'd give a 5 star.

Never ever again those wings were nasty slimy and barely any flavor. The NEW garlic Parmesan is just Parmesan no garlic. Kind of tasted like fish...probably because they need to change the oil more often
