I had to ask for utensils and was not even given a plate. I went through so many napkins because of this that it was like eating bone-in chicken wings. While the food was good, being treated like a savage brings the review down to one star. Will not be returning.

Two middle aged, poor attitude women run the place and occasionally there is a deadbeat skater guy who works behind the bar. Service is poor. Expect to get attitude if you’re lucky enough to make it through the phones for a pickup order. The staff is lazy and they disconnect their phone lines every night so they don’t have to work too hard. Jake’s Pizza has never been the same since they moved to Broadway.

I called in a 14’ pizza for pickup at 3:45 I ordered sausage and cheese.She said ok it will be ready at 4:40.I was there for pickup at 4:30. I got home and was eating at 4:45.This pizza was awful! It taste like it was cooked at 12:00 and sitting on the warmer for hours.Greasy as hell soggy crust just not good! And the brown haired women that took my money is rude and should go in the kitchen were she belongs! never recommend
The servers were awesome, and the vibe inside is really nice but do yourself a favor, ask for no mushrooms. Unless you want 3 layers of mushrooms on your pizza.

I love pizza it’s my favorite food. I hated this Pizza. My son is a 10 year old garbage can and even he said it was the worst pizza he’s ever had. The wait was extremely long to be so disappointed with a saucy, overcooked pizza. The place itself was like sitting in a loud bar, which I really did not enjoy. The bathroom was not clean, and there was garbage all over the floor. Maybe I came on an off day given all of the great reviews, but I definitely wasn’t a fan.
